It went very well. I had used them before for all my windows and they did a great job both times.

Lousy. And the window installation already needs repair. 24 months into the life of the windows. What a joke this place is. You’d be better off hiring a group of toddlers to work on your home.

Danny, one of the company owners, came to the site, he was polite and prompt. The bid he gave was by far the highest of 5 people, he subs out the work to a general contractor and basically sells windows/doors.

Upon first contacting the company, they were very proactive. The installer I was connected to was Rick, who called immediately and promised to be by on Monday to measure. He didnt show, but called to say he would be there Tuesday. After no word from him for a week, I called the company to complain, and was connected with Rick, who claimed to have been to our house but to have left his paperwork at home. He promised to call back that evening to discuss the estimate, etc. Another week has gone by and no word from him. We were burned by our first window company (they installed all new windows and took our money and the inspection failed but they havent fixed the problem), and I explained to Rick that we wanted to get the project moving ASAP and that I had learned of Gold Coast from Angies List. He seemed genuinely interested initially, but then completely flaked. Must be nice to have so much business that a $15000 job is so unimportant. We are going with Sears instead.

Great experience. He even cleaned the windows when he was finished. Very straight forward and professional.

The estimator that came to give me my quote was the most knowledgeable of the 3 companies that I contacted. Even though Gold Coast's price was higher than the lowest quote, I was very impressed with their estimator and awarded them the contract. The work was done very professionally and passed inspection by the City of Hollywood. I am very pleased with my new windows.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY GOT THE WORK DONE IN THE ESTIMATED TIME. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS GOOD.
