We had a great experience from Glass Doctor. We had to replace a sidelight to one of our doors due to a small chip that turned into a giant crack. They quoted us a good price for a custom piece of glass, installed, and cleaned up after themselves.

Gentleman did not arrive between the 2 hour window provided by the company. No one from Glass Doctor called to confirm an appointment, cancel an appointment, or notify me that their estimate man was running late. At the end of the 2 hour window, I called to question whether anyone was showing up and was told he's running behind. However, he wouldn't be able to make it to my house before I had to leave for an appointment an entire hour later. Had the company called to advise me of the delay and ask if I wanted to reschedule, I would have. Unfortunately, due to their unreliability and lack of communication, I chose not to reschedule.

They were professional and on time. The technician cleaned the glass out of the frame and brought it downstairs to cut a new pane. I was impressed with their exemplary customer service.

Randy came out, measured, and ordered the custom glass. Within 5 days the product was received and installed. Excellent responsiveness, punctuality and service.
