Was extremely impressed. They showed up when they said , answered all my questions . if something was emailed, I also received a text to advise what was done . Timely followups , just a very professional experience . They truly understand what customer service is, which I find rare these days

The owner, Joe, got very good reviews, therefore I thought I would get a quote for the job. Apparently he couldn’t be bothered because I emailed him some pics and asked about repair or replacement. He responded that he doesn’t do repairs and did not even try to give a replacement option. I emailed him a second request - no response. Very discourteous and unprofessional. If you can’t do the job, just say so. Rude.

Met with Joe Martucci the owner. He discussed what options he felt would best suit my project. Installers were experienced and I am have with the installation.

Joe & his crew were all friendly, professional, easy to work with, and gave a great price. We had to have the glass panels lifted into our unit by crane, and he & his whole crew were amazing!! They were calm, collected and despite high winds, got the project done with no problems. I highly recommend Giant Glass and would definitely use them again!

We can highly recommend Joe and his Team! We are beyond thrilled. You can tell that everyone takes lots of pride in their job! The final product is absolutely stunning. If you need anything done, call them right away. Joe kept us updated pretty much every day. We appreciated this very much, after going through some terrible experiences. I called for an estimate on a protective glass top for my dining room table and two small pieces of mirrored glass for an old medicine cabinet. I was instructed to send a photo of my table w/the measuring tape. I sent the email and didn't get a response. I called back and verified the email address with Joseph and resent images. Arrangements were made to have a representative come out to my house to measure the table for accuracy. With regards to the small mirrored glass doors; I was instructed to drop a template off to a P.O. Box address where it would be picked up. I left a note on template requesting the cost of fabrication prior to the work being done. I never received that call. I called again to inquire of the cost, Joseph didn't have the information on hand and never sent an email with the cost. I called again today to verify price and possibility of picking up items. I asked if the mirrored glass pieces could be brought on the day of the table being measured. He agreed that this would work best. Joseph questimated $20 each piece of mirrored glass. When I questioned the high price he informed me that he normally doesn't do small jobs and that he was doing me a favor. I suggested to him that in the future he be upfront to his potential customers about the jobs he does/doesn't do. He immediately took offense told me that my mirrored glass would be available to pick up at the P.O.Box address and that he wouldn't have time to come and measure my dining room table. I will search for another glass company that is interested in my business. Poor Poor Customer Service Skills Joseph. I will not be recommending your company to any friend or foe.

The entire process was flawless. They responded the same day I called for an estimate, came to my home on time the next day to measure. They were professional, clearly very expert and not afraid to voice informed opinions on how best to specify and finish the job. I have dealt with a few glass and mirror shops in South Florida and they were uniformly disappointing. Giant Glass and Mirror is the first and only vendor to ensure the same people who specified and measured returned to complete the installation. They even returned a week later to make sure the installation held. They are the only glass and mirror vendor I would ever consider using in South Florida.

Friendly, very prompt and extremely professional. Joe and his company did a fabulous job. Job was done amazingly fast. Very neat and clean!

Joe answers his cell phone and comes right over. We had a little problem that we thought one door was rubbing, he immediately sent two guys over, and they took it to the shop and brought it back the next day. I wanted an estimate for a table top and he came over and very patiently explained all the options. It's great to deal directly with the owner and have him answer his cell phone. The work was excellent.

He was great. He came out immediately. We will be using him in the future for work that we need to have done.

My house was broken into, and the criminals busted out a window in one of my French doors. I called another glass company, who was unable to assist. They referred me to Giant Glass & Mirror. I called and spoke with Joe. Originally, he said it would take several days to order and replace the glass. As we spoke further, he suggested another idea that would allow him to repair the door glass in a much more timely manner. He had someone come and measure the window, gave me a quote and promised it could be done by Saturday. He called me Saturday and informed me what time they would be arriving. They showed up on time, were courteous, professional, and efficient.

My wife found Giant Glass on the internet. Joseph, the owner, and his son came over to provide us with a free estimate. We placed the order a few days later. As promised, the doors were ordered and installed about a week later. Joseph was on time. He, his son, and another assistant installed the new doors ( I had removed the old ones). They were very meticulous and did not make a mess. Excellent clean up. About six months ago, one door began to sag. I called Joseph. He came the next day and adjusted the door. Last week, we had the same problem with the same door. Joseph returned our call promptly. He stated that he would replace the hinge on the door since it had sagged again. His son arrived within two days and completed the job. There was NO charge!! Joseph is a class act, I recommend him highly.
