+ -1 moreI THINK THEIR SERVICE IS FAIRLY GOOD. THE ONLY THING I DISLIKE ABOUT USING THE COMPANY IS THAT I HAVE TO SHIP MY COMPUTER OFF TO GET IT FIXED. I WISH THEY HAD TECHNICIANS TO COME TO MY HOUSE. THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DO IS EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: THE SOUND CARD ON MY COMPUTER WENT BAD SO THEY REPLACED IT.

+ -1 moreI THINK THAT INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE HARD DRIVE WITH THE SAME ONE, THEY SHOULD HAVE UPGRADED IT LIKE I ASKED THEM TO DO. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE AND THAT THEIR WORK WAS QUESTIONABLE.
Description of Work: MY HARD DRIVE FAILED AND THEY FIXED IT.
