We remodeled our entire kitchen. New cabinets, countertops, installed a chimney exhaust and converted a bilevel island to a single level. Also installed laminate through out entire house. From beginning to end the process went well. The showroom employees were helpful and attentive with my design decisions. The workers were great. Never felt uncomfortable leaving them in my home alone. They were even wonderful with my dog. Any little concern was taken care of and i am very very happy with my new kitchen. Duran always answered the phone for any questions and was always accessible. I contacted a few contractors during the estimate stage and they the only ones that really gave me a feeling they were interested in doing the job. im very glad I had the opportunity to work with them. i highly recommend them.

Fresh Kitchen was great to work with, from the initial design to the finished job. We were given a number of alternative ways to design the job, had access to great materials. The workers were punctual and professional. In a job this big, issues are likely to arise. The Fresh Kitchen staff was very responsive and took care to alleviate any concerns we had. Overall a really great experience and we are thrilled with our new floor and kitchen!

They are an excellent company. They had a project manager that was on onsite every day to check the work. I would highly recommend them. They were very trustworthy.

They didn't even have the professionalism to send us a quote as promised. Very snooty and not willing to discuss options or choices, just wanted measurements to "send" a quote and then they discuss details. The quote never came, it probably wasn't a big enough job for them. Don't bother, it was a complete waste of my time visiting the showroom.

It's been wonderful and I am very happy with them.

We selected Fresh in May of this year and they finished four months later. We've never done a renovation like this so we don't know if that's excessive or not. However, we are very pleased with the outcome. First, the crew removed all the cabinets and put the appliances aside so the electricians could update the electrics and install the lighting. After that, work on the hood commenced. Then the cabinets were put up and the counter tops installed. The backsplash came next and the under the counter lighting. Not long after that came two separate inspections by the city and then we were done. Thankfully, they found no surprises so the amount we paid matched the estimate exactly. There were several weeks of no activity. The oven hood delivery was delayed and scheduling the inspectors was apparently an issue. We got several other estimates from contractors we found on Angie's List and discussed the process with friends and acquaintances and they all told us that there are a lot of renovations going on and that patience would be required. Our patience was rewarded. Duran and his crew did a great job and we would recommend them to anyone.

They are on-time and professional. I have used them in the past and definitely would use them again.

Lady on the phone was extremely rude, felt like she was doing us a favor to schedule a visit, which we she quoted at $100. When we visited the store they had told us the cost for estimate would be $50. Also, she told us that if our kitchen wasn't big enough that she would not take the job and we would lose the $100. For that type of attitude and service, I rather go to Home Depot.

I can see that Daniela wrote a rebuttal on the other serious complaint here so I invite anyone to contact me directly and I would be happy to share the communication string I had with this person and this company for the past week or so. If you choose to do this you will see that I clearly sent a simple design for a small kitchen that had a couple changes to the existing wanting to know if they could handle this. You would also see that I requested a call to talk with her , her designer or her sales staff. I have 4 written requests for a call. I received a written estimate for over 10K a few days after I sent the blue prints or plans where I was told they coudnot honor the price on Angies List because I wanted a couple changes . I told her that i was not quibblien about price but I did need to talk with someone. I said this over and over again. I did not get the calls back . I have been ready to purchase and most likely will go back to Home Depot since the design is 100% done for this little kitchen . This company listens little , does not answer pr return their calls and frankly I don't mind spending 20k on a kitchen if I get a value. After asking for a call for 3-4 days and not getting one back and calling into peoples cell phones or whatever devices with no name people, I must move on to a much more professional operation. Im a RE Broker . I could have and would have recommended them endlessly but now will say to all my7 professional associates " stay away "

Their price was way too expensive. They were really slow to respond but they have a really nice website. With the slow response combined with the expensive fees, I decided not to go with them.

They were unable to provide me with a valid contractors license number. I did not use this company because I did not believe that they are properly licensed to do the work that was described in the estimate. I chose another company that was able to provide their license information.

They were great - start to finish. We were having a lot of guests arriving to stay at the house for our wedding and they were so accommodating. They pushed up my installation date, made sure to coordinate with other contractors, and worked extra to get the job done early. We couldn't be happier with the result! We bought a whole slab of the quartz and only used a small bit of it. They are storing it until we are ready to use it. I plan to call them again when I am ready to do the kitchen and can't wait to see the quartz in there too.

The project went well. We are very pleased with the results. The company was very helpful in providing great design options and suggestions for layouts. They are superb with their craft. We are very happy with the results. We recommended them to them to many of our friends already.

They didn't provide a picture of the layout until after I signed a contract because their computer system was broken and they didn't have the system installed on their other computer to show me the layout in color. After receiving the picture, I noticed that the pantry was too short but since I had signed a contract, I was told I would have to pay more money up front to make changes. The cabinet told me that the cabinet would be narrower but not that it would be shorter. I called them right after installation when I noticed that it didn't fit correctly. On that call, I noted that the cabinet needed to be taken down. I was wanting a cabinet like I had before. The ones that I had were a larger, custom size that came with the house. I was not informed prior to installation that the new cabinets would be smaller than the ones I had in the kitchen. He told me that he couldn't make any changes because it was my preference, not anything structural. The owner also told me that he would be able to accommodate me with the cabinets and build them for me as custom cabinets. He charged me an additional $757 to do the custom cabinets. He told me that he would have to finish the current contract prior to making any adjustments to the cabinets in order to enlarge them. I was initially informed that the contract would take approximately twenty days to complete, when out of thirteen days since we started they have only come one full day. Two of the days, they have only been there about two and a half hours each. That brings the total to three days of them coming to my home out of the thirteen that have elapsed since we started the contract. All I want is for them to finish the work they have started and enlarge the cabinets as I have paid them for.

I don't particularly enjoy interior design or having folks working in the house, so I dreaded this project. However, since everything was 35 years old, I knew I needed to get this done. Now that the work is complete, I can say that I am so happy that I chose Fresh Floor, Kitchens and Bath to do the work. From beginning to end, they were excellent to deal with. From Andrea in the showroom who put up with my million questions and guided me in the right direction and made me feel confident with my selections. She never lost her patience with me! From Desio who knows this business in great depth and always provided the right advice as to how something should be done. He knows what he is talking about. His attention to detail is why the project came out so perfectly. He is the owner and project manager. He has built an excellent work crew from his own employees who handled the demolition and tile work, to the excellent electrician, plumber, granite person, and cabinetry man. They always made an effort to clean up before they left my home. The contract was for 4 weeks, and the job was completed on time (maybe a few days early!). After the job was complete, there were a few items that needed follow-up. Desio responded quickly and made the necessary corrections. My kitchen and bathroom look beautiful and I have already recommended them to others. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!

Signed contract for kitchen renovation and was told that it would take one month to complete. Demo started on November 29, 2012 and on December 29, 2012 we were completed. We receive compliments every time someone sees the kitchen for the first time and then on subsequent visits still comment about the transformation. We really love the results. Signed contract for master bathroom renovation and demo started on April 18, 2013 and we completed on May 31, 2013. Since we needed to move the plumbing for the new shower area and had a complicated application for our shower tiles it took a little longer to complete. We love the end result. Our new master bathroom is spa like, and we enjoy have the extra space in the shower and all the storage that our bathroom lacked before. Fresh Floor, Kitchen and Bath deliver from beginning to end. They have a great showroom with all the materials for your renovation. They have something for every budget. We went totally custom in both the kitchen and bathroom because that is what we wanted. The cabinets they built for us are solid wood, no MDF or particle board and will last for a long time. As you can gather, we are very happy with the end result and the work that Fresh did for us in transforming our home.

They did a fabulous job. Everything came out really, really nicely and good quality work. Their service was excellent. They did everything in a timely manner. They knew we were in a crunch time and they did installed everything as they could. The craftsmanship was extremely well, their carpenters, their cabinets, they were really great to work with.

Our relationship started with a referral from a friend of many years. He had done research and visited the home improvement stores and told me he selected Fresh Kitchen and bath for his Kitchen make over. He was very satisfied. So I started looking at similar companies and finally visited Fresh at the location on Hiatus. The location has everything you need to make decisions on your Kitchen, Bath, and Floors. If I was rating from 1-10 the products are between 4-8. With 1 being really cheap and 10 being very high end products. The kitchen cabinets we got are Dark Expresso solid wood and look fantastic and I would say they are a 5. We wanted good solid products but not the high end stuff that can cost 3-4 times as much. I cannot understand why you would want to pay more after seeing the product they delivered and installed. The kitchen: Very happy. looks amazing and the attention to detail was fantastic. The process was very smooth. After selecting the handles, faucets, accessories, backsplash, etc we visited the granite yard and ended up going with quartz. From beginning to end it was about 4-5 weeks. Each crew that visited the house (plumbers, electricians, Cabinet installers etc) cleaned up and you really got a sense that you can trust them in your home when you are gone. We left a lock box and they could come and go as necessary. Powder bath: Very happy. Looks amazing and the attention to detail was great. Tile, Hardwood, and Carpet installation went very smooth. Once again, the attention to detail was evident. If something is not right they will address and correct until you are happy. Overall: This company basically did a entire house make over in less than 6 weeks. They came when they said they would and did the work like professionals should. You will not be disappointed with Fresh Floor and Kitchen. Duran and his team did a fantastic job!

Did not even consider them with the cost to give an estimate.

We had one problem. The drain system was for a different type of sink bowl. Of course, I was very upset and called the store immediately. The owner/manager who helped load my car with all the products spoke with me and was very honest. I was beside myself as I had a plumber friend help me with the entire installation, who was doing me a favor. Although, I was very upset and may not have come off as very nice, and could only think of how I could get a deeper discount for the products I purchased, the owner/manger offered to help me in the only way he could since we did special purchase our products and they could not be returned. (Besides, a larger hole was cut into the vanity to accommodate my oddly located hot/cold water). He sent to my house (20 or more minutes away from the store) an immediate replacement drain system so I would not have to ask my plumber friend to come back another day. It was after 5 PM at the time. I would use the store again due to the honesty, courtesy, professionalism, and above board personal delivery to my home (same day). Fresh Floor Kitchen and Bath gets a thumbs up.

Personal emergency has delayed the work until the end of 2013

I just got a bunch of different quotes and I have been kind of stuck. I have not chosen or anything. I cannot figure out what they are doing. You really cannot really compare a quote from one company to another because they organize things in different ways. To be able to itemize things out so that it make sense. It is just too hard. Somebody quotes a job and what they are talking about. One person organizes their quote by setting-up flooring compared to cabinets. Some one else might break down the quote to what rooms they are doing. They organize it in different ways so that I do not know how much I am quoted for labor and how much for materials. I just really cannot compare one to the other so I just have not found anything. I just sat on it. However, Fresh Floor And Kitchen were fine on their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. Everything was good.

The design, demolition and installation took place in a timely manner. Workers showed up on time and worked diligently to get the work done. A few items required redos and the redos took longer than the basic demolition/installation process. But the owner of the business worked hard to make sure the job was done right and we were happy with the finished product. It looks beautiful. It was nice that the owner we dealt with in the store was in our house doing work along with the installers and we could discuss any construction matters directly with him.
