Description of Work: They installed my vinyl floor which they did well. My issue with them was communication. It was not easy to make contact with who they call the project manager. The store would not help in making contact telling us that he was the only one permitted to speak with us. He never Once came by to inspect or call us to ask if we had any concerns. His way of communicating is by text.Yes we finally made contact but it shouldn't be so difficult. Once the job was completed we received via email that final payment is due and if we are one day late additional fees would apply. Again no phone call asking if we had any concerns or if we were satisfied with there services. Communication is just as important as the installation it self.

Description of Work: Fresh did a complete gut of my downstairs/guest bathroom and built and installed new storage space both inside and outside the bathroom. They were very punctual - once work started there was someone present and working pretty consistently and the project was completed to my satisfaction within less than a week of the completion date I was given. The contractors who were on site were friendly, considerate, and professional, which is a plus when you have people in your space or extended periods of time. | |For the amount of work that was done, the price was very reasonable, and they were very responsive to any concerns I had about the project as it progressed. Description of Work: A detailed written estimate was provided for a kitchen and bath remodel.

Description of Work: They did a renovation on our kitchen cabinets, countertops and island. They were very professional with most of the contact being performed through a project manager. They were very professional throughout the process, and we are very satisfied with the results. Only a few mishaps occurred related to agreement on type of appliance that would fit the island, and a couple of problems with punctuality of some of the contractors. Nevertheless, the overall results were positive and we would recommend them.

Description of Work: We did a total red on of master bath and hall way...from removing popcorn ceiling to re plumbing 2 sinks and tub...New floors to new lightning. The fresh team was very good...A few minor issues. ..like a call on a Saturday morning saying the guys were on the way...not a good day to sleep in. But we talked it over the next week and had several days notice if someone was going to work on a Saturday. Most annoying issues is it took 2 weeks to get lock box removed once work was completely done and paid in full...very minor but hated coming home and seeing it everyday.
