They were late to deliver the Shed. Phil was rude and yelled at me over the phone. The shed is good quality but the customer service is sh*t.

I selected a shed style from their yard. They are extremely high quality sheds with metal framing as opposed to wood frames. No termintes, no rot. Getting the permit from the city (owner's responsibility) was a hassle and took over a month, including 4 trips to the health department, a septic system contractor and a new survey. That's the Miami Shores building department requirements. After getting the permit everything went very fast. They had the custom build shed ready and delivered within 2 weeks. It passed inspection on the first attempt. Awesome service and quality for a very reasonable price.

We were looking at utility sheds for the yard and checked pretty thoroughly until we found this dealer, who handled something that appealed to us, an all-metal shed competitively priced. They were helpful and easy to deal with, albeit a little casual about paperwork. This resulted in our ending up with paperwork for one thing and a shed that was different, in two different ways. Our city, Margate, is stiff necked about these things. Long story short, the manufacturer and the real heroes of this narrative, a company out of Vidalia GA, after two weeks of back and forth trying to satisfy the city, SENT A TRUCK AND CREW AND MODIFIED THE SHED to suit the city, so it passed inspection. They were courteous and sympathetic and the soul of helpful, willing to cut to the chase and solve the problem rather than leave us sitting with an illegal, unusable shed for any longer. Really great people, and we recommend Lark sheds to anyone, as well as Franks, but watch their paperwork!
