Description of Work: At first Mr. Gerardo who owns this company came to us and offered his painting services with a very attractive deal.a few months later I told my wife I wanted to meet with him to explain what was that we wanted in detail. We wanted to paint the exterior and roof of the house, we also have brick pavers on the drive way, side of the house as a walkway and the pool area and wanted a quote on pressure cleaning with sealer application which he said that he also provided that service.He seemed very reasonable and willing, also explained to us that after the application of the sealer we did not need to worry about anything for a few years and that the only thing was the grass that could grow again between the pavers and we needed to apply a product for that ,so we agreed on the price and set a date. The first thing that happened was that he would say "I will be there at 8:30 am " and would appear a few hours later which at first we did not pay much attention as long as the job was done, then the color of the roof we chose was not the one he started painting it with ,and that came to an argument that he ended fixing after he came to his senses and we told him that was not the color we had chosen, then he pressure cleaned the pavers and proceeded to complain about the grass, that it was to much work for what he was charging and that he thought it was less ,when he finished he then proceeded to apply the sealer with a brush and that ended in a disaster because it rained the next day and it was not completely dry, so now we have clear spots all over the place and of corse the grass started growing and it looks the same after less than a month. We tried to contact Mr. Gerardo and a few days later when we finally got a hold of him, he showed up and did nothing to fix this issue but instead he claims that his job was done and that the pavers needed a few more hands of sealer if we wanted it to look good! We feal that this person took advantage of us ,due to the fact we are ignorant in this area of home repairs and we had already paid him the same day he was done instead of waiting to see the results in daylight the next day.We are very disappointed and wish somebody could help us. Description of Work: The exterior of the house was to be painted, with the option of removing and repainting the patio popcorn ceiling and painting the patio enclosure. The house was pressure washed the day after the contract was signed. Patching, prepping and priming was done the second day. After one rain day, the painting of the trim and house was completed on the third work day. The painters showed up on time each day; they even appeared on the rain day to let me know they would not be painting due to the weather. The entire job was completed in three business days, plus one rain day.

Description of Work: House was pressure cleaned, caulked, painted (two colors).
