 + -1 moreThey had to come 4 times with techs that were not versed in the eradication of ticks. They were very unprofessional and just stayed for 10 minutes while they told the owner that they were here for 30 minutes. When we spoke to the owner about our problem, he was extremely rude and then hung up the phone. We have to spend another $300.00 to have another pest control come in and take of my tick problem. I would advise NO ONE to ever use this contractor. What a rip-off. Going to call the Better Business on this so called business !! I
Description of Work: The owner and his techs were very unprofessional. We had a problem with ticks and they were supposed to come with a guaranteed, service to kill all the ticks in the house and including all outside property. The owner was rude, screaming and acting so unprofessional, because I had to call him after the 4TH VISIT.. The tech that came for the first time, did not even know what a tick looked like, and sprayed my lawn while it was raining. I was appalled that he did that, and the second time they came with a different tech, who informed my sister and myself, that the owner Bob told her that she was to spray lightly. We had a very bad infestation, that even our neighbors were all having the same problem. When I called Bob the owner, after the 4TH TIME, he was extremely rude and hung the phone up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! I am a retired RN and he thought I didn't know that he was actually cheating us, and screamed at me, before he hung up on me.

 + -1 more.They were wonderful. They are extremely professional. They came in and did exactly what she said she would do. They are all natural they use no chemicals. They have a warranty about the fleas as well so I felt great about using them. I will continue to use them.

 + -1 moreFor tick removal, the charge is about $185 for the first visit. They return in 10-12 days for a second treatment and guarantee no ticks for two months. The company is great to deal with by phone. Both times their representative have arrived at the appointed time and have been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would use this company again and have recommended it to others.
Description of Work: I have used this service twice to rid my house of ticks. They do various types of pest control, including of course, treating for fleas. They treat the house and the yard.
