Caveat Emptor...I would not recommend this company...i thought I had a washing machine problem with water.leaking from below the washer.. I called Angi and within minutes I received a call from this company...owner's wife was very very pleasant ..I explained what I thought was a problem .I was told on the phone that a service charge of $ 50 to evaluate the problem and that if there was a major issue and a repair was made...this $ 50 would be deducted from the total.. fine I said...!!! ..I also thought I had a problem with my range..and was told by her that this would be included in the $ 50...Oran i think was his name was very pleasant..spent 20 min looking at the washing machine..no problem ..soap was spilled on the floor which made it appear that there was a water leak..so..nothing had to be done... he looked at the range..no problem except the knobs had to replaced which I already knew ..he showed me the knobs needed for the range on my Amazon site and told me to order them...all of this took 20 min... his fee was $ 120.00 !! I paid in check. no argument as I was unsure about the fee... the following day I called the company and spoke again to his friendly wife about the fee...did I mis understand ?? . I did not..it was indeed $ 50...so her husband called later to explain why and what he had done for $ 120.. .I still don't understand...he looked at the washing machine...no work was done..he looked at the stove..no work was done...all in less than 40 min ..he said that in any future visits he would give me credit.. LOL...when pigs fly.. by the way the knobs arrived yesterday and they are the wrong size...!!!!

Service was provided within hours of my initial call on a SUNDAY. Washer was back functioning same day. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I will 100% used them again.

Five Star Same Day Appliance Repair is exactly what they are. I was called seconds after I submitted my search for a contractor. Yosef was amazing. He not only came quickly to repair our dryer but took his time to explain what he was doing and even cleaned the dryer while he was at it. Pricing was fair and this was definitely 5 star service. I highly recommend them!

My experience with 5 Star Same-Day Appliance Repair couldn't have been better! They worked around my schedule and were right on time. Oren was quick and efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained my options for the oven repair - and the costs, which were notably less than what I had expected. Unlike some other repairmen I've used, he actually stayed and ran the oven through its paces, making sure everything worked exactly right before he left. It's nice to have a company I can rely on to provide great service at a price I can afford.

Excellent customer service- a rare commodity these days. From the first phone call (owner’s sweet wife) to showing up on time and going above and beyond (thinking outside the box) how to get my repair done in a very tight 1/2 bath. Honest, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended and will call again if service needed.

Their scheduler Elena called me back within 5 minutes of placing my request. She made an appointment for me for later that afternoon. Oren, their repairman arrived well within the two hour window, looked at my dryer and diagnosed the problem- my belt broke. He had the party in his vehicle, an the job was completed while I excused myself to use the bathroom! So quick!! He tested my dryer and it worked fine. Extremely happy with Oren's service today! Appliance was properly working but drain water pipe in the wall was clogged. Technician was knowledgeable, super correct and friendly. Highly recommendable.

Of all the technicians I hired for repair, the technician from Five Stars Appliance Repair is the most honest and considerate person. He investigated and diagnosed the problem with the timer of my dryer. He checked the knob first and found that it was broken. I was delighted to find that the timer was not broken. The timer would cost a fee, should I have asked to repair it. After finding the cause of the malfunction, he worked with me to ensure that I will get the replacement knobs online, which are specific to my dryer, among many other knobs. The fee for diagnosis would be credited for future repair work. The technician didn’t waste his nor my time. He was a friendly, and competent repair professional. The assistant at the office was also supportive and flexible for my needs. I trust Five Stars Appliance Repair for the best customer service.

The woman that I spoke on the phone was extremely rude to me. She keep trying to me say something else was wrong with my washer so she can charge me more. She is really no having a good day.
