They called the next day with an opening due to a cancellation. We took it. They did a great job on hard to reach windows and skylights and were pleasant and professional. The other two companies either didn't show up, were too expensive or confusing to deal with.

They came out gave us an acceptable quote and we scheduled for service a few weeks later. On the scheduled date the technician came out on time, very professional and did a great job on our windows. Description of Work: Mike is the owner of the Fish Window Cleaning Franchise in North Miami. Mike came out to honor a special on Angies List that was run by the Sunrise franchise as an exclusive for specific zip codes. Mike, the owner personally came out promply to provide the estimate and to explain their process. The price offered in the special was exceptional. Mike is easy to deal with, pofessional, thorough, and shares options with the customer to customize the actual work to be done and adjusts the price accordingly. I accepted the order which I wanted scheduled later in the future. Six months late when I called to schedule, Mike immediatley worked me into the schedule. Mike personally, and his assistant John both came on time, with the unique proper equipment (osmosis water filtering system) to do the job inside and out. They were prepared to handle stubborn hard wated stains that looked clean when wet, until minutes later when the window was dry. Mike and his assistant are customer focused, and walk through several times to quality check their work to make sure standards are met. I recommend this company, and I will use them again in the future, especially if there is another special.

Description of Work: It took a wile to get the job done, mostly because we had a lot of rain at the time. But eventually the man came and did the work as promised inside and outside, which included 12 windows and 3 large sliding glass doors. He was quickly and the results wrere satisfactory. I would hire him again.

Description of Work: FANTASTIC COMPANY! I called to arrange for an estimate and I was met by the owners, husband and wife Ben and Debbie. What a pleasure to actually meet with the owners of a company and get an estimate! I was very impressed with Debbie and Ben. They were very professional and punctual and offer a very personal service to the customer which is rare today. After meeting with them they gave me a written estimate on the spot to clean windows in a 7 unit apartment complex. I contracted with them to do the work the following week. Before starting the cleaning, I received a call from one of the crew the day of the job telling me that he was at the location ready to start and wanted to know if there were any special instuctions or requests. I thought that was a nice touch. They all were professional and wore a company uniform. The crew did a fabulous job. They removed paint flecks from the glass before cleaning windows in addition to cleaning and wiping the sills & frames. The windows look shiny and brand new! I will be using their personalized window cleaning services in the future! Debbie and Ben did not ask for any payment up front. Debbie said she would call me to get my credit card information to process payment after the job was completed and I was happy with the work. The job was finished on 4/10/12 and I made payment on 4/13/12.

My only complaint is that they broke one of my blinds in my guest bedroom this last time and did not tell me about it. It was a girl that cleaned the interior windows. I will ask that they not send her the next time.
