Placed my order nearly a month ago and still have not gotten my order. Ordered 43 boxes of a laminate that is discontinued so they were one of very few options. Salesman told me they had my entire order available, even asked if I wanted more. Got an e-mail a week later saying my order would be delayed a week as they were shipping my order from NC and warehouse was pulling material from other locations to get the quantity I needed to fill my order. I contacted their order person and she advised they would ship order in Oct 12th and that I should get my order by Oct 19th. I placed my order on Sept 26th. I e-mailed the person on Oct 16th to ensure I would get my order the following week but got her out of office e-mail. I had to call back on Oct 20th because I had not gotten a response from my e-mal and still had not even gotten a shipping e-mail. The lady answered and told me she would call me back by end of day to give me a status. I called back at end of say because I got no call back and left a message that I needed them to overnight my order if possible because my contractor scheduled me for my floor installation the week they told me I would get my order. I had to call back next day because I still hadn't gotten a response to my voicemail. Lady answered and said they would be shipping item out that day, I get feeling had I not called back no one would have contacted me. I asked could they overnight the order and se said no because they could not expedite freight orders. She said there was basically nothing she could do and wasn't sure why I did not get another e-mail saying my order was delayed a second time and asked if she wanted me to ship it. That made me angry as I waited almost a month, what was I going to say "No" and waste a month of my time? Long story short, very bad customer service and communication from this company. I live in AZ so I understand I wasn't going to get my order in a couple of days but it will be over a month since I paid for my order that I will have my order assuming the lady wasn't lying and I get it next week. I would recommend doing business with some other online flooring company. Again, I would have requested a refund and looked elsewhere but I needed to match the flooring in my rental and this was only company that I found that sold the exact floor model I needed. If I could give negative stars I would.

The salesman told me I am better off buying local because I asked him for a quote and he could not provide it. After I asked to speak to the owner of the company or his manager, he said no, and hung up on me. Worst customer service ever. I would never trust them to actually purchase from them.

Why would a FL contractor appear on an OH list

Butcher arrived at 6:30 in the evening and finished the job at 9:00. Came to fix the heater as it was in the 20's. Wonderful company. Would recommend to anyone.

I requested an estimate through the website and received a prompt reply. I later spoke with Bill Ferguson, a representative of the company. He was very helpful and clear about the estimated deliver of the tile. Since it was a specialty item, and was being ordered from Italy, the delivery date was somewhat uncertain. However Bill explained very clearly what factors would influence the delivery date, and assured me that I would be notified when it arrived in the U.S. so that delivery date could be arranged. I felt that he was very forthright about the fact that the order, being a special one for an overseas item, was final and could not be cancelled once I told them to go ahead with the order. I appreciated his advice on inspecting the order when it was delivered. The tile arrived around the time that Bill had estimated, and the delivery company worked with me to arrange the time so I could be home to receive it. All in all I was very happy with my experience with Fast Floors and would be happy to use them again.

From the beginning, the folks at FastFloors explained that it would take longer than usual because the tiles would go from the factory to a regional distribution point before the warehouse could ship them via Fed Ex. I found the people I dealt with on phone or email to be professional; that is, they kept me in the loop at all times, and they did deliver what was promised. That is, the tiles were all in good condition and as described. However, twice the factory missed or somehow overlooked shipping my admittedly small order, and thus the tiler and I had to wait for the next time a shipment went to the distribution point etc. Delivery took more than six weeks. Realizing where the problem lay, I tried to be patient, but the uncertainty was upsetting. I do not believe this will happen to every person who orders from FastFloors, but if you have a small order that is not in stock, be advised that you might expect some uncertainty.

After finding the exact laminate flooring we wanted, we ran across Fastfloors.com and found they were significantly cheaper than all of the other flooring stores. At first we were hesitant about buying from an online only company, but were very impressed by the helpfulness of the reps on the phone. Delivery of our entire order was only three days after it was placed. The flooring was in perfect conditon. We were thrilled with the prices AND the service of Fastfloors.com

This was expensive at other companies I looked at going with ($12.99/square foot). I found this very stone on the internet. I ordered from Stuart Ginsburg for the cost of $6.89/sq ft x 379 sf= $2,611.31 plus $417.31 for shipping charge totaling $3.028.62 --a fraction of what the local companies would have charged. The company they arranged our delivery with was also excellent, not one stone was broken or damaged on the long drive to Virginia. I had never ordered anything on the internet before, and the thought of paying a "stranger" in another state $3,028.62 (this amount includes the shipping charge) was pretty daunting and seemed unreasonably risky!! All's well that ends well, and yes, I would order from Stuart Ginsburg again, much more relaxed the next time, for sure!!

THE QUALITY OF THE FLOORING WAS EXCELLENT BUT THE COLORS VARIED IN TONE PER BOX. THE PACKAGING WAS INADEQUATE. SOME BOXES HAD DAMAGED CORNERS. I FOUND THE PRICE TO BE EXCELLENT AT $2.50 A SQUARE AFTER REBATE. THE APPROXIMATE COST IS AFTER REBATE AND INCLUDES SHIPPING.

I was relieved to find that fastfloors.com had the porcelain floor tile that matched the tile that was already installed. The price and the product were as advertised. Product was delivered in 2 separate shipments from 2 different locations -- GA and NJ -- and arrived on 2 separate delivery dates via common carrier (semi truck). Product delivered was correct tile, correct amount, and undamaged. Product was delivered within 7-10 working days of purchase, as promised.

I was nervous about ordering from an online vendor but the wood was exactly as I ordered. They held the order for a month until my contractor could receive it. We needed to have someone available to receive the shipment so that could be challenging if you don't have muscle! They were great at communicating and the price was a fraction of cheapest local vendor. Even with shipping fees, it was a bargain.

I checked around town for tile and found the perfect tile at a local tile company. I didnt like the price so I checked on-line and found http://www.fastfloors.com. I was happy within minutes with the web site, the prices and the specials (sales and rebates). I called to ask a few questions about the quality of tile and shipping costs. I gave it a try and even with shipping I saved well over $500.00. I found customer service to be wonderful and the quality of the tile is what I would have found if I purchased it from Dahl itself. I ordered 14 boxes and only two tiles were broken. My floor looks great and Im going back to order by tile for the back splash.

COST WAS $5,188.36 MATERIALS FROM FASTFLOORS.COM AND $2,290.00 INSTALLATION THROUGH SEPARATE CONTRACTOR. THE INFERIOR QUALITY OF FASTFLLORS.COM'S PRODUCT AND LACK OF URGENCY TO CORRECT THE SITUATION HAS ALREADY DELAYED THE COMPLETION OF MY HOME FOR NEARLY THREE MONTHS. I WANTED A CASH REFUND SO I COULD PURCHASE THE FLOORING MATERIAL LOCALLY IN THE EVENT THERE WERE ANY ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS WITH THE PRODUCT (IN ORDER TO AVOID DEALING WITH ANY ISSUES AGAIN LONG DISTANCE). INSTEAD OF HONORING MY REQUEST THEY ARRANGED TO HAVE REPLACEMENT MATERIAL SENT OUT TO ME WITHOUT COMMUNICATING WITH ME. AT THIS POINT MY EXPECTATIONS ARE TO RECEIVE AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FROM FASTFLOORS DETAILING HOW A FULL REPAIR OF MY FLOOR WILL BE HANDLED OR TO WHAT EXTENT I WILL BE MONETARILY COMPENSATED. DIRECTLY.
