Description of Work: Cleaned out my septic tank.

Description of Work: Thursday I called plumber because when I take a shower the water comes up in other bathroom and bubbles come out of toilet. Response time less than an hour, he told me my septic tank was full ( after he snaked 90 feet) and recommend Johnson.Friday I called spoke to a very pleasant lady and she asked me a few questions,give my a price (which I paid for over phone),and the truck arrived an hour later. Two very nice fellas worked to find my tank,I have a pool so it was moved to front yard by previous owner. I had no idea where it was,but they found it and dug to get to it.Mind you this is south florida and 90 something degrees! They didnt complain and found it after digging for a while,4or 5 feet.They explained everything to me,I watched (because I have never seen a septic tank)and told me I was maybe two days from having a back up in the house! While pumping they had to call another truck, because they filled the one they had,in no time another arrived. They recemented the top, covered the hole,cleaned up everything! They even washed the driveway where some had spilled!

Description of Work: They were higher priced than others I called, but said they would do a complete inspection of my septic system to determine the problem. All they did was drain the tank and all the questions I asked were basically ignored. I called Johnson back and challenged them on the lack of an inspection and was now told all they would do was check the water level, which was what I could do myself.
