Initially, it went very well. Rowan, the owner was on sight for most of the installation. The problem began about 1/2 way through the process. The construction became very slow and workers stopped coming. Finally 6 months later the pavers were delivered and installed. The installation was not good, the pavers were damaged. Rowan contacted the manufacturer and he told me that they had a clear sealer that would fix the problem. I came home from work one day and I was shocked to see the that pavers were painted with a grayish blue paint. It ruined the entire look I was going for. Rowan agreed to replace the pavers and said he would order a new batch, he then told me they would be delivered January 22nd. For 3 months I called Rowan, he never answered by phone calls since that date. The pool heater they installed was for an above ground pool, not capable of heating the pool and spa. Finally on March 11, they showed up to replace some of the pool tiles, they replaced the coping only and while doing so dumped 2 inches of mortar in the pool. This stained the pool finish. I was so upset, again I called Rowan, and no return phone calls. As of July 5th, 2017, the owner has never once called to try and resolve the issues. The lady that works the phone is absolutely clueless and just insults your intelligence by making up excuses. Finally, I am embarrassed because I referred this pool company to a friend and they have had such a bad experience they had to hire an attorney. I have personally filed a claim with the State of Florida, DBPR. Hoping they resolve the problem and refund me the money due.

The owner, Rowan, was there through out the whole job. they threw in a solar cover for the hot tub at no charge. Everything went smooth. Within two months, everything was done as promised. Very professional. I recommend them to two of my neighbors and they were very happy with the as well.
