 + 1 moreEd, the owner, showed up every day to be sure all was being done properly - discuss with mgr. or board member any problems we may have. Workers were conscientous & courteous - cleaned up every day before leaving proptery.
Description of Work: Pressure clean, waterproof, patch & paint entire outside of bldg -2009. Patch & paint walls, concrete stairwells inside entire common areas of bldg. 2011.
