My wife called Echo becayse our AC stopped working. The company's rep was at my home The same day. They gave me a quote and our AC was blowing cold the next day by lunch time. As I was speaking to the rep it became obvious that the only problem was that the owner didn't know how to fish Very well, but at least he does good AC work. Thanks for the service.
