It went very well. Dwaine and his assistants were thorough, professional and neat and completed the job as described. The palm was in a difficult spot but they were able to handle it. They arrived on time for both visits and the price was fair.

DWAIN IS THE MAN! He is my hero! I passed him up several times on Angie's list because they stated he was not insured. Only because I was on vacation and had time on my hands did I go back and read reviews. One review stated that he had insurance and provided proof of insurance on the spot. That puzzled me so I took a leap of faith and called him, and am so glad I did! I contacted him for a free estimate along with several other companies. Not only did Dwain respond immediately in calling me right back, he was at the property within the hour giving me an estimate. He also encouraged me to get other estimates before making a decision. Of the 3 other companies I called, 1 took 2 days to return my call and another was a no show for a scheduled appointment. Dwain's estimate was very reasonably priced. The other 2 estimates I got were higher. I decided to have him do the job, and am so glad I did! I was so impressed with his responsiveness and his professionalism. He explained in detail what the job entailed and how long it would take to complete. The fact that he encouraged me to get other estimates before making a decision convinced me even more that he was the right one to do the job. Furthermore, my concern that he was not insured was dispelled when he produced documents to prove he was indeed insured. Dwain kept me informed while he was doing the job. He even worked late into the night as well as during the weekend to get the job completed on time. I plan on using Dwain again in the near future for other projects.

We recently purchased a home in Hollywood Lakes. The property already had some nice landscaping but was somewhat overgrown and had some problem areas. We wanted to find a landscaper that would work with us on ideas to improve the property and would then help us with regular maintenance. However, being new to the area, we were finding it daunting to identify a landscaper that fit all our needs. Many want to do high-end design work but after installation do not want to be involved in on-going maintenance. Others are more of the ?mow and go? type. After reading countless reviews and conducting many telephone interviews, we invited a couple services to visit our property. As we walked the property with Dwaine his expertise became readily apparent. He quickly identified problems areas, offered constructive solutions, and made creative suggestions. We decided to move ahead with Dwaine and are thrilled with the results so far. Dwaine committed to a schedule and showed up on time, with a courteous and professional crew. Dwaine was on the premises at all times while the work was being performed. He frequently spoke with us during the course of the multi-day project with observations and opportunities for improvement. Dwain took us to local nurseries to pick out plantings and impressed us with his knowledge of Florida horticulture. We feel as though Dwaine has really partnered with us on beautifying and maintaining our property. As to cost, we have worked with quality landscapers at other homes we have owned in other parts of the country and can say that Dwaine?s rates are very fair in comparison. Excellent service -- they arrived promptly, worked quickly and cleaned everything out of my yard thoroughly. They were very polite and made sure that I was 100 percent satisfied with the job.

The guys did a great job. They were safe and smart about every branch they dropped, no damage to our property or power lines. They completed the trimming and then cleaned and removed all debris from our yard.

Dwain stopped by on a Friday afternoon and looked at the job at hand. We had just bought the house and wanted the heavy growth cut back and some dead trees removed. He gave an immediate quote and followed up with me that evening. I agreed to hire his team and he showed up the following morning with 2 trucks and a crew and took away about 3 tons of trees and bushes. He was professional prompt and thorough. He even jumped in the pool and cleaned it out because some of the branches, leaves and such fell in the pool without asking he jumped in and it was cleaner when he left than when he got there. I would highly recommend him.

Dwaine is an amazing person, he was always responsive and a "customer" oriented person. he told me what he can do, the price was reasonable and he did exactly what he said he would do. if you need work in your yard - call him. Not many companies provide great service but he does and his team ensured that they took care of my yard and cleaned everything up. also, a water pipe broke while cutting down a 100FT tree and Dwaine went right out bought the piece to fix it.
