He was very professional and he did what he said he would do. He seemed very knowledgeable. He's very efficient and friendly.

Chris responded promptly to my initial online inquiry and first appointment for a consult. Chris came on a weekend so that he could meet with both my husband and me. He was polite, friendly, courteous and very knowedgeable. He prepared and delivered the estimate and a well thought out lighting design within 48 hours of the consultation. The work was a 2 day job. We had new underground wiring and transformers installed, existing lights replaced and additional lights installed in both the front and rear yards. Both days Chris arrived on time or early and worked tirelessly the entire time. Chris worked very hard at one particular lighting issue surrounding a fountain and came up with the best possible solution (due to circumstances beyond his control). The end result our nightscape is absolutely beautiful! We are already in contact with Chris to install additional lighting after we have additional trees installed.

Chris and his team are wonderful! They provided personal consultation to discuss plans, a detailed list of materials needed and actual investment required, and the ability to make changes along the way. They are detail oriented, efficient and punctual. We will be relying on their expertise in the near future to light our patio and pool.

Chris was great. He beat other estimates, came on time, went over the quality and workmanship, told us about his labor guarantee, and had an eye to make the house have the "WOW" factor to make the neighbors jealous!

Our property has a lot of up-lights and accent lighting that either needed bulbs replaced or fixture replaced. Chris came out, took a look, sent a proposal. I had some bulbs on hand that he was willing to use and take off the invoice. He was professional, polite, honest and upfront. I only gave responsiveness a C because it was a slow start at first and I had to call a couple times to get the appointment set. The labor was higher than I wanted, but you get what you pay for. It was worth it in the end. I would definitely hire again.

Chris came out on short notice to evaluate the property and the next day sent an email with his proposal which detailed everything he would do. The lighting was perfect. He was always very courteous and professional. One of the lamps he installed unfortunately punctured a sprinkler line that our sprinkler guy had to repair. I contacted Chris and he immediately said he would pay the repair bill, which he quickly did. We could not ask for better service and would recommend this company to anyone for their landscape lighting needs.

The re-wire job gave me way better overall night lamination, and by running the voltage more evenly, he achieved the goal of putting more square feet of landscape under light, than I ever could have imagined...the best surprise was that HE SAVED ME SIGNIFICANT cost on each electric bill! Now that's good news, I can take to the bank...literally! Thanks Angie for helping me solve a lighting problem that no one wanted to "tackle" and that Chris assimilated as the light meister he truly is!!

He and his helper arrived on time. They were very courteous,professional and industrious. He had to remove the entire door which is much heavier than ordinary doors and replace the rollers. His helper thoroughly cleaned the tracks and replaced the door. He also recaulked another window I was concerned about. Then he called the following day to make sure I was satisfied with his work. He worked efficiently, knowing exactly what the problem was. And his service was exceptional. Thanks Chris!

This company is the real deal. They installed a quality product. They went over the installation telling me how long it would take, when they would be there and information about the warranty. They arrived on time and followed up with me in a couple of days to see if any adjustments needed to be made. No were necessary because all were perfect!

Everything was good. They have quality product, got all the work for 3 hours except for one thing. The structure manual because we're still waiting over a week now and I still haven't gotten it. I have to call them up and remind them, maybe they forgot about it. I'm not really mechanical and I have to look at the instructions to see how it works because I would change in the time as it gets warmer in the summer and in the winter. He gave me a $100 discount for Angie's List. He's pretty good, really.

I called for a quote and Chris came a couple days later to price out converting 25 outdoor lights over to LED. He was very pleasant and professional and gave us great pricing. Initially we only had 3 light that did not work and converted over to LED. Even though it was a small job, Chris had no problem doing it and completed the job within a week. I had called another company and they told me I had to pay a downpayment to have someone come out and give me a quote. Even though Chris did not know if I would call him back for the bigger portion of the conversion, he still did the small job. Almost a year later, we called Chris to come out and convert the rest of the 22 lights we had. He remembered us and was delighted we called. We now have amazing lighting and know we can call upon Chris anytime if there is a problem.

Chris was quick to provide a detailed estimate. I got three other quotes and Chris's quote was in the price range I was looking. He was also very professional compared to all other people who quoted the job. He came out one week later and installed the lights in one day.

IChris Heywang was called to provide a quote on installing landscape lighting on our property. He arrived on time and spend some time providing the details of what he could provide. I picked him over the other companies that quoted because his price was better and that he was going to install the job himself.. He offers a one year warranty on parts and service. (I did have to call him when a light stopped working) He came the next day and repaired the problem. Just like he said that he would. I would highly recommend him if you want/need outdoor lighting.

Everything went great and Chris came back several times including after dark to make modifications to the lights.

They did good work, he is very punctual. The price I paid was cheaper than what was originally estimated.

He was able to fix it. They will be coming back because I need a new transformer that can hold the lights. The manufacture of vistapro recommended dusk till dawn landscape lighting company to me. He is honest. He let me know we may be able to get the work done under a warranty. The original transformer had been replaced once before, but it keeps overheating. He also does sprinkler heads. I had a broken sprinkler where the water keeps gushing out. He drove an hour out of his way to fix it. He charged about $50.00 which I found very reasonable. He is hardworking and attentive. He is a good worker. He doesn't try to sell you, he is just honest.
