Chris was able to figure out the problem very quickly and fixed it. His price was more then fair and I would highly recommend him. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, timely and fair. What more can you ask for. If you need landscape lighting work I would look no further.

We reached out to Chris through a recommendation from our electrician and engaged with him over email for a couple of weeks. His communication was responsive, professional and comprehensive. Initially, we thought the price was high versus our budget, but he worked with us on a solution that still achieved what we were looking for without compromising quality. After confirming his quote, we scheduled installation a week later. Chris arrived on schedule and performed all work necessary to install the system, including all electrical work. He worked independently and didn't interrupt me at all throughout the day. When completed, he did a full walkthrough of the system and offered to come back at any time in the case that we wished to have any adjustments. He said that he would not even require payment of the balance of the work because he wanted me to be completely satisfied before I paid him. He offers a 1 year service warranty and offered to come by in 11 months to do a system check-up at no cost. It should be noted that other providers required us to bring in a separate electrician or find someone to run pipes under our walkway. Chris did everything on his own and was a no-hassle one-stop-shop. You should take this into consideration when comparing prices of providers. Highly recommended and would use again.

Chris Heywang came out to our home and developed detailed proposals for installing two different brands---and two different types---of LED landscape lighting (both front and rear areas) of our home. He spent considerable time and effort in drawing up detailed plans and proposals using both KICHLER and VISTA brand name lights for both INTEGRATED and NON-INTEGRATED variations of these two brand name fixtures. Throughout a period of several weeks, Chris patiently answered all of our questions and promptly followed up on getting additional information for our project. To better help us determine which specific type lighting fixture---'Integrated' or 'Non-Integrated' fixtures---Chris came out during the evening and set up a comparative demonstration of both types of fixtures for us to see for ourselves which option worked best for our particular landscape needs. We were very impressed with his professional knowledge of these products and his interest in spending the time to answer all of our questions. As it turned out, Chris submitted the lowest bid---approximately $1,000 UNDER a competitor's bid on our $5,000 project---for NON-INTEGRATED lighting. Unfortunately, as it turned out---for our particular plants and lighting needs---we preferred the INTEGRATED fixtures and the competing company (based on its sales volume or cost price agreements with the manufacturer) was able to UNDER BID Chris on these particular fixtures. Had we decided on a different BRAND name or different TYPE of fixture, there is no question we would have chosen Chris to do our landscape lighting based on our experiences working with him.

Approximately three weeks ago, Chris showed up (on time) to inspect my property so that he could provide a price for a new low voltage system. He promised he would send the estimate the following day. After waiting over two weeks, I called and left a message asking if he would still like to provide a price for the new system. Never heard a word back. Not a good sign.

Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He provided valuable insight as to how the lighting should be arranged so as to provide the proper accenting of the landscaping and house. He was professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He followed up within a couple of days to ensure we were pleased with the lighting. We have no hesitancy in recommending Chris and would unquestionably use his services again should the occasion arise.

Yard looks amazing!! I had messed around installing several hundred dollars worth of low voltage lighting myself only to have it breakdown numerous times. Decided to get the work professionally installed with high quality fixtures. Chris did an amazing job! He was extremely professional knowledgable,and economically savvy. He took an existing system and refurbished it. His ideas were great and sensible. He replaced what couldn't be salvaged and upgraded it! The work areas were always put back to original status. His written estimate was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use him for maintenance and future upgrades on system.

Great! Chris was terrific. He came exactly as scheduled (in fact, he was scheduled the following day but had a cancellation -- called to see if it was ok to come a day earlier, which was fine, and then arrived right on time). He assessed and repaired the situation. He explained the problem -- a burned connection since the prior contractor did not use optimal materials (yet Chris was completely respectful of the contractor who had done the previous -- and shoddy -- work) and how he fixed it. When I asked if it made sense to replace all of the connections, he said "if it isn't broken, don't fix it." A lesser contractor could easily have taken advantage of the situation and advised me to replace all of the lighting connections or even install a completely new system -- Chris did not. He was honest and extremely professional. He is also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dusk Till Dawn and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Everything was done professional grade and I am most pleased. Original job was not satisfactorily and Chris rewired the lighting as it should have been. He needed to install a new water pump in the fountain, and we found that I was leaking water badly, because the original installer (who I give a GRADE of "D" TO!) forced the water retention basin into the whole without proper soil excavation, and cracked the plastic liner. His "mistake" was covered over for five years, and led to terribly high water bills! Chris will be reinstalling a properly-sized liner in-ground so I will enjoy lighting, water sounds and motion, and no big water bills every month! Chris is a man who still cares that "QUALITY ID JOB #1!"

Chris is a stand up guy, not a salesman personality. Very responsive. Does the estimate and the install himself, no middle man!

I found Chris on Angie's List. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to find someone who only does landscape lighting. If this is what you need, Chris is your guy. He came to my home in West Palm Beach, explained why my existing system was not worth fixing (all good reasons), and gave me a quote for new lighting. I have a back yard that is a pool surrounded by mature palms and other trees and shrubs. He installed uplights for the palms and path lights for the entire area, using new LED fixtures that are much less expensive to use than the older lights. He did the installation in one day and it looks awesome. I highly recommend him.

Chris was always on time and returned phone calls promptly He answered all my questions and concerns. Chris provided the LED LIGHTS which was better quality than Home Depot stuff. Chris worked with me on placement of lights which included removing a bush. After work was completed he called me outside to make sure I was satisfied. He cleaned up and told me if I was unhappy with anything or have a problem to call him and he be happy to come back out. I was extremely happy with his services. Thank you ,Chris .

Dusk Till Dawn Landscape Lighting is a sure bet. We desperately needed some yard/tree lighting to add evening ambience to our backyard living space. Chris knocked it out of the park! We are thrilled with the outcome and now can enjoy our backyard all day and all night. The job was perfectly executed without extra cost and he even threw in an extra light in our children's shrub "fort" at no additional cost. Chris was prompt, honest, efficient, and clean. We look forward to bringing him back to do our front yard.

Experience with Dusk till Dawn was great. First of all, LOVE the name of the company! Chris was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, confident, and easy to communicate with. He removed old, outdated, non-functional landscape lighting and replaced it with durable, sleek, energy efficient LED uplights and pathlights. Our backyard was transformed in one afternoon, I love instant gratification! Chris called later that night to see if we were happy with the results and made himself available for any changes or adjustments if we desired. We will be contacting him again soon for the frontyard!

Chris was extremely professional and knowledgable. He immediately responded to my inquiry and came out to my home the next day to give me a quote. We had several quotes; however, his was the best for the amount of lights offered. Chris installed a complete lighting system in our front and back yard. Chris was extremly proffessional. He knows his business inside out. I have had electricians, Handyman etc do lanscape lighting in the past but it always came out like a cluster. The lighting is great and the results I couldn't be happier with. I would call Chris for any other needs.

Chris was very knowledgeable on what type of lights and where to place them to give the most effect without overdoing it. He was professional, courteous, and always punctual. His workmanship was outstanding. You couldn't even tell where he dug up the wires. When he completed the job, he left everything neat and clean as if he had never even been there. What also impressed me was his follow-up. Very few businesses follow up to see if you have any questions and to make sure that you are pleased with the product/services. Chris contacted me a few days after installing the lights to see if I wanted him to make any adjustments, but he placed them so perfectly that he didn't have to come back out to change anything! Chris does great work. He add some more lights to the ones he had installed last year. He does what he says he will do. If you want outdoor lighting, call Chris.

He responded immediately to our request for an estimate, sent a very professional estimate including a detailed description of the materials to be installed.. He did the actual installation in a very timely and efficient manner and the end result was perfect, just what we wanted.
