This was the worst company. It was the worst experience. They were late for pick up and late for delivery. The driver was rude and unwilling to do work. He wanted to charge more for items that were already packed. I had to call office multiple times because he was unable to communicate with me. At the delivery time he was disrespectful using foul language. Our boxes were broken from all the weight placed on them. When we complained then he became more angry and proceeded to drop all the other items remaining in truck right next to truck on curbside, refusing to do as contract stated and deliver items to assigned location. A chair was delivered three weeks after I made a call that the chair was not delivered with the rest of the items. It was a a horror. Would not recommend company to no one.

Their communication was terrible. They would say they were coming one day and show up on another. They had a ton of hidden fees. They broke many unreplacable items. They are the worst movers I have ever used!
Description of Work: They moved me from Washington D.C. to Tallahassee.

What happens next......Well poor yourself a drink, This is a long but true story........ I paid them the non refundable 269.40. Charlie called me back and said " You are on the schedule for Aug 3 at 8 am. Great; I am a nurse and was offered a great job in GA.....and I lived in Tucson AZ 12 hours before my scheduled pickup I received a phone call from Brittney in Customer Service ( she lacks people skills) " One of our trucks in the fleet broke down and we have to reschedule you for Monday Aug 5 at 8 am. I told her that was not going to work for me as i was to start a job in Lawrenceville GA. I told her that Charlie promised a truck would be there, she says to me "Mam, There are no promises in logistics." and that she could not promise that she would have a driver for Monday, I explained to her that was not acceptable and she needed to refund my money or have a truck no later that Monday 8 am, I call the nursing supervisor at my new job and explained that my movers couldn't promise that they would be there even 3 days late, So she retracted her offer, stating I was already being unreliable. Upset I called Charlie at Executive Moving and Storage company and he said " oh no this sort of thing never happens here and I truly apologize I assure you this never happens, I will make sure your are number one priority for Monday morning pick up 8 am Well it was now Monday 10:30 am and no movers, Charlie would not take my calls or respond to my email. Again they promised the driver is on his way, at 4 pm A driver calls to say he is in route to my house however he was 8 hours away. He arrives at 8pm. and They start loading my belongings, well they loaded some of the items My husband did most of it. Now it is about 11pm and the driver starts pulling out the contracts to sign, and NOW my quote would NOT change for any reason. "you are at a locked price of 805.00" The driver says to me Your sales rep misjudged the estimate and your current balance is one thousand and seven hundred plus dollars." and I said "wait a second " Charlie said I was at a locked in price and he promised no more that the 805.dollars The driver says you have to take that up the them, I'm just the driver" Above my signature I wrote the words " I WILL NOT PAY MORE THAT 805 DOLLARS "AND SIGNED IT.I ask the driver what time and day would he be delivering my stuff. he tells me that the Company Executive Moving and Storage takes your belongings back to their warehouse in Las Vegas, and they sit in a warehouse for 14 days or sometimes longer. Something good old Charlie did not mention. Now I am in my house in Lawrenceville GA with NO furniture, dishes or clothes. I was told by Brittney in customer service that she would give me a call 5 days ahead of time to let me know when she could get a driver who had enough room the haul my stuff. I have been her about 9 days and still no call. So out of the blue I get a phone call from Angelo at American Moving and Storage Services out of Flordia just to make sure my move went smoothly, I gave him just a few of the nightmares and he apologized for that company. Not one time did he put the other company down. Just that he was sorry for all of the bad things that had happened. My move with Executive Moving and Storage was HORRIBLE, I am still fighting with them, Brittney said that she would not give a discount because that just does not happen in logistic's. and " It is what it is" If you don't pay the full balance we keep your belongings. It's that simple" This woman is RUDE> you don't want to have to go through all of this. so please call Angelo at American Moving and Storage Services out of Fort Lauderdale Flordia. I am a real customer and everything here is 100% TRUE. Description of Work: The provider gave me a quote over the phone after he (Angelo) and I went over my inventory. He quoted the price, and I wanted to wait on the other 3 companies that I found on Google search engine, One was out of Virginia, El Paso TX , Las Vegas and Angelo out of Fort Lauderdale FL, The prices for all companies was about the same......except Executive Moving and Storage out of Las Vegas. The rep Charlie, gave a quote that "would NOT change" I would pay a deposit of 269.40 on my credit card and my final payment would be 805.00 and "NOT A PENNY MORE.I assure you " said Charlie " Because we charge my cubic feet and not pounds, That's why we can move you cheaper" I spoke with the other companies who said the same thing, Two other companies told me when I told them I went with Executive Moving and Storage out of Las Vegas, They warned me by saying the same thing, " The company won't show the day of the move, and you will be calling me in a crisis , they also told me how to look up the company by the DOT number proviede at the top of the contract, I looked it u p and it did show they had their license revoked and then reinstated , I questioned Charlie my rep from Executive, and with a heavy accent he assured me that there was only one complaint on the company and it was resolved within 24 hours. So I thought about it and decided ...Remember I had My Rose colored Glasses on and while wearing them them they always show less $$$$ sighs, We all want to save Money RIGHT? I after looking the contract over. I believe that everybody deserves a second chance, So I gave that company and Charlie that chance,
