This company did an excellent job and I recommend them highly. I am an interior designer and I held off having these rugs cleaned for fear that they would be damaged. The rugs came back looking like new and I could not of been more pleased. This company is very professional. The estimated times for pick up and delivery were right on target. They were polite and took note of every spot, damaged binding and chewed fringe (thanks to kitty). They took pictures of my rugs as part of the order record. As a design professional, I recommend this company, you may rest assured your investment will be well taken care of.

They did a very nice job. They were very good. It was actually one person who came out. The representative came with a unit that looked like a giant floor polisher. The difference was that they used only chemicals and not water. After they put the chemical on the carpet through the brush from the unit they move the unit by changing from brush to the pads. They used many pads that were in the same unit. They removed the majority of the moisture in the carpets. The nice part about it was that after cleaning the carpets it also removed all the moisture and the dirt in it. It dried in four hours as opposed to a whole day or 2 days. I was happy about it. They did a very nice job especially on the stairs and the upstairs which was quite dirty. They did a much better job than I thought they would. I found them through a coupon in a newspaper with some discount. The price was expensive than other places. I could have probably got the job done for less than half the amount that I paid to them by other companies but I was pleased with the results. I liked the fact it removed the dirt and dried up quickly.

Great. They arrived on time and were very professional. The scent was a little strong (lemony) but nothing a few opened windows couldn't cure!

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Although the technician was a little late, the office called in advance to make me aware of the situation. Rather than trying to sell me services I did not need, he agreed with me that a couple of other rooms did not need to be cleaned at this time. I like their process, especially the limited drying time. I recommend them highly.

Booking personnel very helpful, booked me quickly (had a party the following weekend - I had used them before when they had removed the rugs from the home and took them to their plant and washed and dried them and they did a beautiful job then as well). Technician arrived promptly at arranged time and went to work immediately. Very professional, worked quickly and left me with a bottle of "spot cleaner". The rugs looked amazing, clean and they dried quickly in a few hours. Highly recommend.

He came out and was very nice, on time and did a good job. If I was recommending him to someone I would tell them that they do good work, but they are a little pricey.

The rug was taken out and cleaned at their factory. The sofas were done in my home. Everything went as they explained it.

He was prompt, professional and friendly. He measured, explained the process and how it differed from other carpet cleaning companies. Checked that I was OK with this procedure and was right on the money with the estimate. The carpet was cleaned quickly and it looks great. It is certainly not as wet as with steam cleaning.

The technician told me to save my money on the cleaning of the chairs and gave me some solvent to try to do it myself. He said cleaning the chairs with solvent wouldn't do much for them so I should save my money. I was very pleased with his honesty. He could of charged me a lot of money for nothing. I'm sure telling him I got the company off Angie's List didn't hurt. The carpet really is 'dry' when they finish with the cleaning.

We have used this company several times. They do a dry cleaning with no odor. The guy that comes is professional and always on time. This company has good hours and I use them in my office as well as our home.

It was good. They were on time and efficient. There was only one guy that came out. He even moved the furniture to clean under it. He cleaned up well when he was done. I would use them again for future service.

Excellent. They initially were not sure they could remove the stain -- but they did.

The technician arrived and asked to see the room and show him any areas that needed spot treatment. He then measured the room and gave me the estimate, which was only about $20 higher than the estimate I was given on the phone when I made the appointment (I only guessed at the room's dimensions). He then went right to work and was very careful as he went in and out of the house to not leave any dirt, etc. He actually rolled up the area rug by the foyer so as not to run over it with the equipment. The tech was very polite. Once he was done he told me the carpet would take 2-3 hours to dry completely. He also gave me a flyer with other services Dry Concepts provides (grout, upholstery & drapery cleaning) as well as a survey to fill out and mail back to the company.

This was my second time using Dry Concept and they are a straight A company. They really did a great job and I would definitely use them again. They were very honest when I asked them about treating a particular stain and told me it would only intensify the stain if they treated.

I have used them in the past as well and they are good. I just feel they should do more. Maybe I am kind of picky. They do not use soap and water, they use some kind of chemical on the carpets. They do, however do a good job. It is just one of those things where they use a chemical that dries quickly, but, I think that it still take a little longer. Maybe it is just the humidity. I would still rate them highly though. The last time they were out, I guess it went fine.

They did a very good job. They moved some furniture and put everything back in its place. They give the carpet a special treatment, so they had to take it to the shop. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Service technician was prompted and courteous. He was very thorough and polite. He got to the task right away. The carpet came out very clean, I am quite satisfied with the result.

Dry Concepts may be a little pricey but they really did an excellent job cleaning our oriental rugs. They also put some type of protective product in them to resist stains which makes them easier to clean when you spill on them.

Dealing with Dry Concepts was a very pleasant experience, from the first call to the end of the job. They have a very informative web site, when you call for estimate or appointment, they explain in detail what the process is and how much it costs. They also have a 'special' where if you are not in a hurry, they'll place you on a stand-by list and will give you a discount. I chose that and got my appointment two days later. They were punctual, professional, neat and the carpet looks like the day it was installed seven years ago. I highly recommend them and will certainly hire them again when I take a couple of oriental rugs out of storage.
