Dry Concepts fixed an oriental rug for me. Handled my flood clean up. Their prices are competitive and I will use them in the future.

We use this company all the time, and each time is a very positive experience. The rugs look and smell clean, and the workers are on time and professional.

We received a call approximately 20 minutes before he arrived alerting us that he would be on time. When he arrived he reviewed the job and explained what he could do and the cost. He worked swiftly and several times alerted us of existing stains which he removed . When he finished, the carpet was almost dry . He placed blocks and plastic pads under the furniture on the carpet so that they could be removed in a couple of hours. It took about two or three more hours to dry enough for furniture replacing. J.C. was great , the experience was good and the carpet looks great.

This is the second time I have used this company and they are very professional and conscientious about their work and their customers.

They did a great job. The upholstery looks dramatically better. They got out most, but not all the stains, but, told me in advance they did not expect to get all the stains out. They made an appointment, called the day before to confirm, called the morning of to confirm the arrival time, and arrived on time. Their tech worked hard and did a good job. My only issue was that I had described on the phone the complete list of what I needed cleaned. But, the report given to the tech listed only 20 pillows. Thus, the tech expected a 2 hour job, and ended up with a 6 hour job. So, the booking operator did not communicate well to the tech what the work was. But, the tech just stayed late and got the work done. I am happy with the work they did, plan to use them again, and would definitely recommend them to others.

We had the wall to wall carpet cleaned in the master bedroom and a small study carpet cleaned. The tech did a wonderful job in cleaning the carpet. He removed stains that were impossible to remove with household cleaners. I asked him if he could clean some area rugs. He said he could, but it would be better to send them to the factory for wet cleaning. He gave me a price per square foot, which I thought very reasonable and took the carpets with him. They returned in about three wekks and look beautiful. Not every spot could be removed, but we knew that before he took them. The men who returned that carpets were great. Very polite and very helpful. They moved the furniture and replaced the rugs and then reset the furniture. Always asking if they could move or touch something before doing it. Barvo! We had several small area rugs cleaned. Two were densely woven Greek rugs. Neither looked any cleaner upon unwrapping them at home than when we dropped them off to begin with, although the tassels were noticeably shorter. We had a very large Karastan carpet cleaned. There was area unraveling of about 3"x3". Their "repair" consisted of applying some sort of clear, elastic glue to the back. This lasted all of a week and now we have an open hole in the center of the carpet. The cost of this "repair" and cleaning alone was roughly $1000, about half the cost of the carpet and clearly a colossal waste of money. We had a Tabriz carpet cleaned and an edge re-woven. This was done well. None of the stains were removed.

They arrived on time, they were well dressed, professional and courteous. They cleaned the carpets and gave us instructions regarding when we could walk on the carpets and place furniture. i would definitely use them again.

The overall experience with Dry Concepts was absolutely the best! Our rugs were delivered a few days before we packed out to move. The rugs were wrapped so nicely, we decided to trust Dry Concept's excellent reputation and we did not unwrap the rugs to inspect them. Once we got to Texas we were very pleased to see what a wonderful job had been done by Dry Concepts...especially on the one with the unique dyes. The colors are even more vibrant!

It went very well overall. I was impressed with the carpet cleaning! The tile cleaning...not so much! The ceramic tile/and grout was in fairly good condition and did not have a lot of staining. The high traffic areas in the kitchen were probably the worst, and the grout DID NOT improve much after they cleaned it! I did not have them seal the grout when they finished cleaning the tile, due to the overall expense of the job. We felt for the extra $362.00 to seal it, was not worth it! My husband and I both agree the carpet cleaning was much more impressive!!!!!

From start to finish it went as promised. The service person was extremely affable and very helpful. We had some badly stained bridge chairs and I was concerned about having them cleaned and then not be happy with the results. The service person said he would test the stains to see if they came out. They did not and he told me not to waste my money. There was no charge. The six dining room chairs were very good chairs and they turned out excellently. The love seat was white with a polished cotton fabric. One corner of it was black from kids handprints as they walked by it. When he was done the loveseat was as good as new. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation. I would add that I spoke with several people on various calls but primarily dealt with Myra. Myra and everybody I spoke with was pleasant friendly and helpful

I have used them several times. I like them. They are responsive and professional. They are effective and reasonably priced.

They did a nice job. I spent $200 on that work. My experience with them overall was very nice. They showed up on time and did a nice job. They did the service they promised to do and the result was very satisfactory.

Called made appointment, they arrived on time, performed as expected for the price quoted. I saw special in flyer.

They were highly professional. They were efficient and dressed in very nice uniforms. They were clean as a whistle, which is very nice when you have someone cleaning your house. You want them to be clean. They moved quickly and knew exactly what they were doing.

Cleaning technician arrived promptly as scheduled. Very professional and friendly. Moving of any furniture is the homeowner's responsibility, so I had most of the big pieces removed before he arrived. At the last minute I decided to re-arrange the Master Bedroom, and the technician helped with with the moving. Tehnician did a great job, Actual (final) cost was in line with original quote. Very pleased...will definitely use same company in future.

Excellent results. The family room carpet had not been cleaned in a while and I have two in door cats as well as a teenage son....... The worst stains were pretreated and then the carpet was cleaned and treated with a stain resistant. The whole process breathed new life into the carpet as the pile was also resuscitated and still looks restored two weeks later. In the past I have found that that newly raised pile tends to go back to precleaning flatness after a couple of days. Not with this dry process. I will use them again.

My overall experience was great. Myrna the phone receptionist was polite and got me in on a saturday. The technician Jeff was professional and was punctional. We had two white designer couches made out of Hatian cotton which I found out the cotton is use in the raw with the seeds..The couches had brown spots scattered thru out the material. Jeff warned me that the end results may not get all the stains out. He really took alot of time and effort to get the couches clean. The're not perfect but I feel that if another company had come out they may not have put the effort into the couches. Also the floor was covered and he was extremely neat. I do think the price was alittle expensive,but i was pleased with the work

just baught a house that had been sitting and neglected for a while so getting it all dolled up and pretty again so need to have the floors cleaned check here on A list and read there reveiws which were mostly positive so decsided on giving them a call. called the company on a monday to set up a free estimate and they promptly scheduled it for the next morning , The tech Robbie arrived on time and gave me the estimate , thought it was a fair price and inquired about the process they use to clean the tile and grout and he was very knowledgeable about it , so i said lets do it . I had them clean the floors in my entire house which is about 900 sq ft except the newly carpeted bedrooms , I dont think the floor had ever been cleaned by a Pro. company prior to this and the flooring is about 10 years old ,. the job took about 3 hours start to finish and the results were good.

Did good work. Although I wasn't told up front that they charge extra for moving the furniture from the room. I had already removed most of it so he didn't charge me any more.

A telephone estimate was given when I called the company. The person I spoke with asked if a technician could come by to give a written estimate. The tech arrived about two hours later. The tech gave me an estimate that approximated the phone estimate. They gave me two prices. One for juct cleaning and one for cleaning ans scotch guarding. I agreed to the scotchguarding price and an appointment was made for the following Tuesday. The tech arrived on time and immediately went to work. The carpets had not been cleaned in five or six years, and were very soiled. Tech spent many hours removing stains from traffic areas (far more than he estimated). Overall, the tech did an excellent job. Very polite, very professional and very accommodating. The carpets, which are at least12 years old look and feel great. I would definitely use them again. The price is higher than other companies I called. However, the service and professionalism was higher than I felt I would get from other companies. I was right.

The furniture turned out very well. It had been in storage and has both cats and dogs on it quite often, so it was smelly and spotted. They were able to get it smelling and looking like new. The rug took about a week and when they brought it back it looked very nice and it was actually softer than before.

This was a great company to work with. Everything was easy, handled very professionally and done on a timely basis. I would definitely recommend them. The price was a little higher than I expected, but several stains were completely removed. The carpet was dry to walk on in under three hours and looked great.
