They arrived on time and were extremely professional. They had to spend more time trying to make all the necessary repairs but they didn't raise their initial quote. I would definitely use them again - they were great to deal with and the guys that they sent out to do the work were really really good

The experience was great, the carpets were spotless and smelled fresh and clean. Price was as advertised. Highly recommended. Have used the service twice in the couple of years.

Day one Michael came with his instruments and read the dampness in the rugs and walls. He was able to give me reports and pictures as to how big or little the dampness is. He discussed different options for me and set up fans and dehumidifiers within the hour that he was there. He came almost each morning to assess the progress. At the end, an extremely detailed report was given back to us on all the work that was done.

Great! I've been using Dry Concepts for years to clean all my carpets and area rugs. They are the best company, period. Friendly and courteous employees abound. They always arrive on time and my carpets/rugs are beautiful when finished.

After the initial appointment, I agreed to the services. The same technician who visited me during the initial appointment, was the same technician who cleaned my custom draperies (5 rooms). The job was handled quite well and on my premises, which made me happier.

Dropped the rug off, they said it would take 7-10 days and it was done in 7 days. Called us when it was done and the pickup was easy. They have the facility, equipment and experience to do this right.

I did the delivery and pickup. The service took over a week and I felt I did not get much for my money. There were no outstanding stains or issues with the rug. It had just been sitting and was musty.

I found Dry Concepts on Angie's List. They were terrific from beginning to end. They were professional on the phone; gave me a price and were clear and helpful in discussing what the process would be. They also picked up and delivered the carpet, and worked well with my schedule, which was not that easy to work around. I was out of town the day they were delivering the carpet, and I called to tell them my flight was delayed and I might not make it home in time. They waited, and delivered when I arrived. They took great care to lay the carpet in the bedroom, which required moving heavy furniture, and did not leave till I was satisfied how it looked. The carpet looks fantastic; and I would definitely use them again.

I dropped the rug off. We went over what I expected, they advised me they could kill the mold but some of the stains on the backing might remain, and that was fine by me. Wrote up a contract, they took pictures, love that! 2 weeks later I picked my beautifully cleaned rug!

They were just very efficient and they got the job done, very nice and the price was right.

It took him less than one hour to clean both rooms. He did not remove either stain I was able to remove satin, after he left, with resolve carpet cleaner i did not feel that either floor was clean after he left I was not happy with their work

They were helpful, effective and responsive.

When I called the office to make an appointment I was recognized as a previous customer and I was treated very well right from the beginning. I was offered a discount if I was flexible with the scheduling time. I however was not. I made an appointment for my convenience and the technician was right on time. I showed the technician the trouble spots and the rooms I wanted cleaned and he went to work right away. The stairs were one of the problem spots and they were cleaned and looked like it was new carpet when he was done. As he progressed with the job he gave me updates all through the process. When the job was done he cleaned up after himself and was on his way. What I like most about this product is the fact that the carpets are dry within two hours.

We dropped off our oriental rug at the plant. The carpet came back clean; a little smaller, which was to be expected since it is a high quality wool carpet; with only a couple of fibers pulled. It went to Dry Concepts due to an accidental dog stain and we are so pleased that it came back very clean with no stains. The employees were all extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

He arrived on time and went right to work. He poited out a few stains that he did not think he could remove, However, he worked long and hard. He got great results.

Very pleasant and professional customer service both on the phone getting an estimate and with the serviceman who performed the work. He arrived on time, measured to give a more precise estimate of the work and did a great job. Everything was just as expected, no upsell or pricing changes once they got there. Very happy with this experience.

They are the best. I could not be happier. I have two dogs and the rugs now look brand new. Three of the rugs they cleaned were manufactured but the other four were very expensive imported rugs from Kashmir. They cleaned them and wrapped them in paper. They even delivered the rugs and loaded them into my Pods.

They were prompt and efficient. They were good, but they were expensive; that is the reason why I switched to another provider. They offered different types of cleaning so that means a more expensive process. They remove the carpets from you home; take it to their warehouse, dry clean it, and replace it.

J. C. Chester arrived at my home at exactly the time they promised when I made the appointment. He was very professional and told me he would measure whatever items I wanted cleaned and give me a price before he did the job. I had drapes and valances cleaned in three bedrooms, living room, family room. When he finished all of that (I was so impressed) I asked him to clean the leather couch and love seat. It came out beautiful. I then had 3 area rugs cleaned. He was very neat. He put back everything he moved. You would never know he was there except that everything was so nice and clean. I can say enough about the company and J. C. Chester.

i have been using Dry Concepts for many many years. They are always on time, do a great job and follow through if you are not satisfied. They have been back to do some spot cleaning after a full clean - no problem. The technicians are always on time, neatly dressed and professional. And when they are done, your carpets smell lemony fresh and take only four hours to fully dry. My only complaint is that they have stopped giving the home a single stem red rose when they complete the job - :-)

Arrived on time, and cleaned area rug well with attention to an accident area from my pet. Came out nicely.

They exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent job and it was done on time. I delivered the rug to them and they showed me around their facility and how they wash the rugs and the process. They rug came back looking new. When they unrolled the rug, I had forgot how beautiful it was. I would use them again and would recommend them.

They do a very good job. They are expensive but they do an excellent job.
