Representatives from the company came and picked up the rug. It was cleaned at the plant and returned two weeks later. It looked good but had a bad smell. I called and complained and the company arranged for the rug to be picked up and returned to the plant for a second cleaning at no extra charge. It came back with no smell and I was very pleased.

The representatives who picked up both rugs from my home were timely, professional and courteous. Overall results of the cleaning were satisfactory. Price seemed slightly on the high side, but I did request the most intense cleaning level and their service was convenient.

I was very pleased. I called in the AM and they performed the work beautifully in the PM - same day!

One of the rugs had permanent pet stains which was explained to me when the technicians arrived to get the rugs. This rug was returned clean but still had the stains. All of the personnel were very respectful, easy to work with. The technicians called when they were going to be late for the initial pickup of the rugs. They promised the rugs would be ready by Christmas. I called four days before, and the rugs were delivered the next day.

Service man was extremely prompt, polite and clear when explaining the different cleaning options. Worked quickly and neatly.

The cleaning on the upholstery and drapes was just OK, but the carpet cleaning service was great! Very nice, professional, but way too expensive.

One carpet was cleaned properly. The second one was not acceptable- they took it back and after three weeks brought it back no better than the first time. $865.69 to clean two carpets is an outrageous price, but if the work was done properly it may have been worth it. They did a terrible job.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work, and will use this company again. Mike, the technician, was very professional and worked very hard. Price was somewhat high, but the amount of time he spent, and the work that was done justified it. I recommend this company very highly.

The tech, Henry, was on time, polite and very knowlegeable. He did an excellent job. The carpet looks great, better than I had expected since it is old and was extremely dirty.

THEY DID A NICE JOB CLEANING ALL OF OUR CARPET. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB REMOVING ALL THE SPOTS. THEY TOLD US IF ANY SPOTS SHOWED BACK UP AFTER THE CARPET DRIED TO CALL THEM BACK AND THEY WOULD COME BACK AT NO CHARGE.

THEY WERE ONE OF THE BEST COMPANY'S THAT WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THE SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD & GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY. THE PRICE WAS HIGH BUT THE QUALITY WAS WORTH IT.

THIS COMPANY IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND DOES A GREAT JOB CLEANING. I DO NOT EVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE CARPETS BEING TOO WET. I AM PLEASED WITH THE CARE THAT IS TAKEN WITH MY BELONGINGS.

THIS IS THE BEST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY IN FLORIDA. THE WORKERS ARE EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN THEY CLEANED THE TWO ROOMS THEY EVEN CLEANED AN EXTRA ROOM FOR FREE. THEY CLEANED THE CARPET SO WELL IT LOOKED LIKE THE CARPET WAS BRAND NEW.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT STARTED RIGHT AWAY. THEY MOVED ALL OF MY FURNITURE OUT OF THE WAY FOR ME. WHEN THEY WERE DONE CLEANING THE CARPETS THEY ALSO CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO MOVE MY FURNITURE BACK.
