They did a great job.
Description of Work: Clean several pieces of furniture and place a protector over them. Some are white and were difficult to clean but they did it correctly.

Very professional work!
Description of Work: Had three extremely pet-soiled oriental rugs picked up, cleaned, and re-delivered. Rugs look almost new! Not only was everything picked up and delivered on time, but the care and detail with which the rugs were re-placed was outstanding! Definitely recommend Dry Concepts despite the expense.( Price included moving furniture and new rug padding.)

Description of Work: I had a Turkish rug I needed cleaned & repaired. I chose Dry Concepts. They were responsive to my call and picked up my rug. I paid half the amount needed. It was my understanding that I would hear from them in 10 days and when more than 2 weeks passed I called. They set a delivery date after checking with the person repairing the rug. The day before delivery I called to make sure the pad I had ordered would also be delivered. I was assured that they NEVER delivered a rug without a pad. Never apparently meant never except to me because that is exactly what happened. Then the delivery men insisted on payment in full in spite of the fact that the pad had not been delivered. They agreed to delivery two days later which they did. This situation was annoying but especially infuriating in that I had called specifically about the pad AND they insisted we meet our obligation altho they had not met theirs. I would not recommend them or use them again.
