Description of Work: They gave us a quote on damaged materials. We had a flood and they inspected our electronics to confirm that they were damages so that we could get reimbursed. They looked at probably 11 pieces of electronics.

 + -1 moreI got the impression he thought I thought he did something wrong but that was not the case and he should have called me back to discuss it. I would have paid him again for the additional service call.
Description of Work: We had a new computer that we were having a hard time getting installed. He came out to set it up for us. I was having a problem with the fax machine and he said he did not know when he could come out and I have not been able to get a hold of him since. The initial visit was fine but the follow up was not.
