I spoke to someone in charge and he assured me the roofs would be completed in a timely manner. Not only have they not finish the roofs over many months there are pieces of loose tile all over the roof causing a very serious safety hazard.

After receiving several estimates, I finally decided on DK. Contacted Dan and after setting up an apt for 8:30am to finalize some questions I had on the estimate provided-he did not show up!! not even a courtesy phone call to let this potential customer know he was not coming. After waiting, I decided to call him, his response was-and I quote-"can you make it at noon instead". I am glad in a way this happened because it was a sign of probably how the service was going to be.

The Owner Dan could not have been more responsive. Whenever I called or texted him the response came within minutes. He checked the site regularly. Was prompt in showing up with an estimate which was also right on target and and the lowest (and easiest to understand) of the 3 companies I had give me an estimate. He was able to complete the roof while I was out of town, forwarded me pictures when appropriate. Dan also gave pointed me in the direction of a sub-contractor he uses to complete some drywall work inside my home to repair interior water damage from the leak that started the whole need for the roof. I would not hesitate for a moment when recommending DK Roofing!

Wonderful! they were in and out like a good fairy and there was no fuss or muss when they were gone. My neighbor watched them and liked them so well he had them do his roof!

Paid in steps and got a great roof. Used a modified underlayment to make a tight roof even if some tiles got knocked about.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB REPLACING MY GUTTERS AND FIXING MY ROOF. THEIR BID WAS FAIRLY CHEAP. THE MEN STAYED ON TASK AND GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT ON TIME.
