 + -1 moreCharged by the hour and was very very slow. Had to call manfacturer for install help. Broke door frame when installing a slide lock. Did not inform me of problem but patched and left a mess. I called the office, spoke with the techs boss and he came out to look. They did replace the broken jamb but left dirty marks that will not come off. The tech offered to rekey some locks "would you like me to rekey these locks so they will all use the same key" as if it was a courtesy then charged $45 for each lock rekeyed. It was a horible experience.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE PLEASANT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
