+ -1 moreEXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!! I had an appointment for them to come fix my refrigerator. After waiting for an hour and a half they called to cancel the appointment and said they wouldn't be able to come out for another week and a half! The appointment was set for new years eve and because they cancelled at the last minute and it is a holiday, i was unable to find anyone else to come and fix it before our party with 100 people coming to our house. They claimed it was due to a truck breaking down. I don't care what the excuse is, a good company would have plans in place for problems like that, and not leace their customers hanging.
