Description of Work: My wife and I recently moved into a house in the Hollywood Lakes area and wanted to retrofit all the original jalousied windows and old glass doors to new impact resistant windows and doors. I had multiple offers and D & D was by a large margin the most competitive price. I picked this company mainly because of the other Angie's List reviews, so do like me and don't hesitate to give them a call for an estimate. Carlos was great to work with. Receptive and paid attention to the details. The price was great, and they didn't overcharge for permitting which I gather can be a real problem down here. The crew came out and demo'd and installed approx 15 windows and doors as well as 3 attic panels and an Utility door panel in 2-3 days. They even managed to get them all in the weekend before Tropical Storm Isaac blew through which gave us a great deal of peace of mind. The work crew was respectful, hardworking, pleasant, and very neat and clean. For as much dust and debris that flew into the house I was amazed at how tidy it was by the time they left. Top quality work. All around. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, and anyone else visiting this site.

Description of Work: I called approximately 1 1/2 months ago. They gave me a price on the phone to put shutters up on my back door and they also replaced 3 screens on the patio. The man showed up on time, was clean, neat and a good worker. The owner who I spoke with on the phone was very nice and easy to talk with. I will use them again and would recommend them highly.
