Description of Work: Received quote to re-do the screen enclosure of our lanai. Although I wanted a quote for tearing down my old enclosure (frame, screen, etc. and putting in a new one) I received a quote for re-screening only. Some miscommunication happened here I guess. I believe they did not want to come up to Boynton Beach, from Hollywood FL, for this small of a job because with the emailed quote, they referred me to a contractor they use who is more close to my area with the thought that I would get a better price. I thought that was thoughtful.

Description of Work: A++++ - I had accordian hurricane shutters installed. I also had a single sliding glass door replaced with a hurricane rated glass door. They did an amazing job on both. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: I called D&D Aluminum to get an estimate on hurricane impact windows. Mike Miller was sales associate. We made an appointment the following day to residence. It was a very pleasant experience. Mike arrived on time, very knowledgeable and informative of the products. He walked through the process and time line and suggested that I visit the showroom. When I said it would be difficult during the week, he offered to make arrangements to visit on weekend. Within 24 hours I receive estimate, as promised. I felt that I was dealing with a educated, knowledgeable professional who would take ownership of work and assure a professional quality end product. I have not moved forward on new windows due to other priorities and time. However, based on professionalism and responsiveness, D&D remains first choice on the list.
