+ -1 moreThe service department was very responsive, they had a technician here within hours. He was able to fix the issue and got my ac back up and running pretty quickly. They were very professional and courteous.
Description of Work: My thermostat stopped working, they replaced the thermostat and a couple of small parts.

+ -1 moreWe were referred to Cusano Air and we are so glad we called them. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The tech, Andy, who helped us was prompt and thorough and explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done before he performed the work.
Description of Work: Our AC was leaking and not cooling.

Description of Work: Our air conditioning was acting up, and we called a different company who said we needed an entirely new unit. I decided to get a second opinion and Cusano Air sent Andy to our home that same day. He was punctual and professional. He was honest told us we have a few years left on our unit and repaired it. It was very reasonably priced and our AC is working great!

Description of Work: I was referred by a family member who has used this company in the past. I spoke to the owner at 10:00 am on tuesday. He said that he'd have a technician to my home between 2-4 pm. At 11:30 am he notified me that they would be out earlier. Trevor showed up at our home at 1:00 pm and replaced the condenser motor and capacitor. He got the parts the same day and we have a COOL house again! My 7 week old newborn thanks you!

+ -1 moreAIR TIME WAS TERRIBLE, WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE! THE SERVICE MAN LEFT CIGARETTE BUTTS ALL OVER MY LAWN AND INSIDE MY OUTSIDE UNIT. HE LEFT MY GARDEN HOSE ON AND WATER RUNNING. HE LEFT TRACKS EVERYWHERE, LEFT SOME SCREWS OUT OF MY UNIT, IT WAS NOT GOOD.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY SERVICED MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, TOOK OUT COILS AND CLEANED THEM.
