C.S. Spa Repair

I have used Cory for several years without prior issues however I am not sure what happened. It was very difficult to even get an appointment with Cory to even get out to see the job. Once he finally did he quoted me a price to patch the leaks and replace lens cap. Later on I was told he could not repair the leak around the light because we had put plumbers putty on the back. I am not sure what he was talking about as we never applied the putty but he kept insisting we did. So long story short 4 months of waiting on the repairs my husband ending up patching the leak and the lens around the light in which Cory claimed he puts tons of silicone. Not sure what has happened but never again.

Corey came and replaced my spa pump. The spa pump worked fine. The next day I noticed my sound system was sticking out by where he took off the factory sealed panel. When I called him to please put back the panel properly he said he didn't cause that. A few weeks later I noticed my spa was now leaking and loosing about 3 inches a week of water. I called him to come out because it had never leaked before and it obviously had to be coming from the work he did replacing the pump. After a month he finally came out took off all the panels and left them detached where water and animals can get into the spa electrical components. As well as leaving my spa running knowing that the spa was loosing water and could burn out the pump. I was away for a week when he finally showed up and when I got home I couldn't believe what my spa looked like. When I called him up and asked why did he leave the spa in pieces he said because I would have to take it apart again when I repair your leak which is by the filter. When I asked him if he knew my spa was leaking why would he leave it running, he told me that he didn't know how to shut it off. Mind you this is a professional spa man saying this. Bottom line I called him 3 more times to put my spa together and he never showed with my final call letting him know that if its not done in a week I will be calling another company to put my spa back together and I will be billing him with any attorneys costs if necessary. This is the most unprofessional individual I have ever worked with.

At first he thought he couldn't reach the location under the spa and would have to hire a couple spa movers to come out and lift the whole tub up, but after a bit of a struggle he managed to wiggle himself under and got the job done. I still can't believe he fit his head underneath all that and quot;stuffand quot;, but he did it. One thing we appreciate about Corey is his resolve to solve and fix whatever is needed. And his pricing is extremely reasonable!

He replaced the connections to the heater pump 2x and it still leaks.
