+ -1 moreI had a problem with the outside of the house where the pool is, the lights in the pool and the spa was not working. I called the evening and the owner came first thing in the morning.. He checked everyting and he told me he only had to change a fuse, in the outside box .,He did it and everything was working. He only charge me for the service call. I had used him for the first time last year too, and I was very happy of the work he did then ,and also very reasonable prices. I will always call him for every electrical work and recoment him to my friends. Maria

Description of Work: Ask owner to come out to inspect the job first and get estimate. Owner told me it was not necessary. Ask for written estimate. Was told around $200.00. Turned out to be 350.00. I asked for a discount . Ask how many tecnicians in company. This company has only one. Do not help the technician when asked. Call owner when you suspect tecnician is wrong or is performing inferior work. I had to point out gaps in fan connection to ceiling. Tell owner to deduct time for correction of mistakes pointed out.

+ -1 moreThe technician was able to come right away the same day that I called him. He installed two ceiling fans, one on a 13 foot ceiling and a flush mounted one in a loft area. He also installed another ceiling light fixture above the staircase. He charged me $200 for two hours of solid non-stop work, while others had quoted me close to $500 for just installing my two ceiling fans. I am very satisfied with their punctuality, the quality of their work, their cleanliness, and their price. I would highly recommend them.
