Thomas and his helper arrived at the scheduled time to install carpet that I had purchased for my home. They were exremelly professional, polite and friendly. Having been a carpet installer (many years ago), I was impressed with their work. They did the job as I would have (if I wanted to do further damage to my knees). The work was truly 100%, with no short cuts taken and no damage done (my hammer sometimes marked a base board). They worked quickly, but not so fast as to be sloppy. I will definitely be calling Craig's Carpet Care for carpet and upholstery cleaning...which will probably be soon, as I have a 100 pound puppy!
