Description of Work: Repair refrigerator. Quality of work was fine. It just took forever Engaged them a few days before Christmas. They responded promptly but kept bringing wrong parts. This company uses independent contractors which slows down process because repair person never had right parts. What should have been a 2 hour job turned into two plus weeks
