Jessica was professional and pleasant when I described my A/C issue, and she knew the right questions to ask and made me feel comfortable about my choice to use her company. Leo found a newer unit and had it installed in less than 24 hours, and he even repaired some subpar work done by another company free of charge. Excellent work. They recommended a system and installed for less than the other quotes we received. Worked hard to troubleshoot an electrical issue with our circuit breaker and came back the next day to meet with the electrician to make sure everyone was on same page. Cannot recommend them enough!

Perfect We were treated like family

We were referred to Leo and Jessika, and their company Cool & Heat Air Conditioning, by friends. Leo and Jessika came out to our newly acquired property and I ask them to assess the two units outside and the two interior units. The units were in pretty bad shape. Leo showed me things of concern on the units. He cleaned and serviced the units that appeared to be left unmaintained by the previous owner. Leo put in systems for me to maintain the the A/C myself and showed me how to keep the system clean and mold free. Leo was very detailed in his work. He treated our home as if it was his. At that time, I knew Cool & Heat Air Conditioning had us as clients for life. Leo and Jessika did such quality work, and at great prices, that I have used their system maintenance services two addition times. He is skilled in so many areas that he has also assisted me in non-A/C projects as well. They are such great people that we have become not just clients, but friend. We have celebrated several birthdays together. It is truly a breath of fresh air to find people as honest and kind as Leo and Jessika.
