COMPUTER CONNECTION

It was wonderful. I would use him again. I recommended him to someone else, already. I emailed the person and told him that whenever you need his help.

My laptop was running slowly, and freezing. The area of my laptop where I backed up files was full and I kept getting error messages. My cd/dvd drive had stopped working. There were other things wrong with it and I don't remember what they were. Also, my desktop pc wasn't working properly. The fonts on the desktop were fuzzy and large and I couldn't correct it. It was running slowly and had other problems.Abe was wonderful. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was willing to explain what he was doing, what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. It has been my experience that most computer repair people are not able to explain and discuss computer information and problems in a way I can understand them. Abe was able to explain things simply and clearly so I could understand easily. I told Abe I was thinking about replacing some things to make them run faster and better (such as replace my old router with a new one I had bought, buy more RAM, get a larger monitor, a new laptop battery, etc.) and asked him if he would install these. He said he would but told me I would be much better off buying a new computer and laptop and explained why. If I had kept my old ones there would have been more work for him as my four year old computer and laptop would have kept having problems - and it would be better to put the money into new equipment. When I asked what components a computer should have to fit my needs and my budget he was happy to tell me. I believe Abe to be honest, trustworthy, an expert in the field of computer repair and very reasonably priced. He was willing to be flexible about the time he was able to come over. I needed to be flexible and consider his time constraints as well, and together we were able to work it out so it suited both of us.

The first time, Abe was able to find numerous small problems. We ended up reinstalling windows, and--with his help--computer worked well again. Second time was to install an oversized gaming graphics card and special power supply, which he did. Abe is careful, methodical and surprisingly inexpensive for the time and skill he brings. Highly recommended in my book. I've recommended him to a friend who was equally pleased with Abe's work.

Abe came right over. He was very professional and competent. Unfortunately we couldn't get the new router to work. The problem was with the modem provided by the phone company. Abe spent a lot of time trying various solutions and talking to the phone company to try to reach a solution. In the end, I have to purchase a new modem. Abe was very knowledgeable about computers. I would call him again when I had another problem.

Excellent. Our computers are all running fast again, better than new, and we are very pleased with the service and the outcome. Abe did a very professional job and advised us how to better maintain our computers. We plan to have him visit us on a regular basis to keep our michines maintained. We also discussed with Abe the possibility of him doing our website.
