Larry came out extremely quickly and gave an estimate on the spot, which was very reasonable. Johana was a pleasure to deal with setting the appointment. Jose came out promptly and did an amazing job configuring the design of the gutter. It looks fantastic! You can tell that this company takes pride in their work, and they offer the best customer experience. If I could give an A+, I would. If you are looking for gutter installations, look no further than Coast to Coast.

The experience was excellent. Orlando and Carlos called when they were supposed to, showed up on time. They were polite as well as quiet and efficient with the work. Orlando and Carlos extremely clean and i was so pleased. I usually call the highest rated company, this particular business did not have very many referrals but something told me to choose them and i went against my normal habit. I suggest that anyone else like myself start going out of the normal and choosing companies such as this one to give them a chance because i'm glad i did and i would recommend them to anyone and everyone.The estimator came out for the company and recommended Seamless gutters that are more efficient!

They were on time and did a fine job in a short period.

They were the most fairly priced out of the 4 quotes I received & arrived as scheduled to complete the job. Overall the pre-job logistics went smooth, however after the installation I noticed the radius gutter they installed was a bit crooked but I was willing to let that go - until it rained for the first time two days later after they just installed it & I discovered my brand new gutters were leaking in multiple spots. I took video with my phone and sent it to the company, which they then told me they would send the same people who did the installation back to fix the issue. Something I had hoped they would do with also the owner or manager to make sure it was done correctly the second time, but they just sent the same contractors. Luckily my husband was home with me the second time they came to fix the leaks but after they fixed it the gutter looked even more crooked than the original installation. After which we immediately noticed and asked them if they could fix it & they went back to 'push it' into place, which helped but not sure if that's how you really correct the issue. A few days later it rained again and while most of the leaks were patched up we noticed the new gutter is still leaking & it is crooked so much so neighbors have pointed it out to me personally. Its been over two weeks and I've yet to receive a follow up call or email from the company asking how the gutters are - something that if you know a customer had an issue with you as a business owner you should do you due diligence to make sure the issue is taken care of & the customer is happy. I haven't called back because I'd rather hire another company that will take the time to care about the service they provide and make sure its done properly. And while I did save a few dollars going with this company it was at the expense of quality work & I definitely will not be recommending them or using them again.

On time, on budget, good quality work

Larry gave me a quote but it did not include any of the three screens that I needed repaired and showed Larry. Their website says that they do screens but it turns out they don't. They have "a guy" that is separate and comes out with his own quote and repairs screens. It has nothing to do with their company. Their website and Larry are misleading in an attempt to get your business. I went to this company because I had gutters and screens that needed repaired. When I questioned why the screens were not a part of the quote I was given a less than professional attititude and told that they have a guy that does that work. When I questioned why they have it on their website that they repair screes I was told that they would remove it from their website and put something to the effect that they will refer you to someone. The general tone was misleading. Keep an eye on your quotes you get from Larry,

Measured everything, removed old gutters, installed new gutters, cleaned up the mess. Done fast and well.

They initially came out to measure the front and back of my house for new gutters. They were able to point out to me that some of my fascia boards had rotted. I asked them to include replacing them as part of the project. They did have to change the install dated a couple of times, but i was not under a deadline so that was fine. They removed the bad fascia boards the put new ones up, then did the gutter work the same day. I was really impressed with how good they look. There were two or 3 small metal shavings and a couple of rivets left over. I'm sure there was a lot more that they cleaned up so I'm very happy with their cleanliness. They also removed the old gutters from the back of the house as part of the project. I have asked that the come back out and re-route one of the downspouts and I'm already on the list for that. Overall I'm very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them. I'll leave another quick review once they are done with tweeking the downspout.

It went okay. The only thing I didn't like is that I had a leak, and it was supposed to covered under warranty. When I called to have them come out to fix it, no one ever did, so I just fixed it myself.

left 2 messages through Angie's list with no response. Called and had to leave message - no live person. Still no response.|Cannot find human to give me quote. No quote = no contract|

Two man crew arrived on time. Immediately went to work and performed the seamless gutter installation. It was necessary to cut a large hole in our deck to run the downspout drain. The securing of the downspouts was challenging since the wall was made of hard artificial rock.They had all the tools and performed the tasks with no problems. While they were here they also repaired a very loose gutter on the back of my home with no additional cost. I was pleased with the results. They were done in less than two hours and they did not seem anxious to collect the money. The office called the following Monday and we paid with our Visa. I would recommend this company to others.

this company was great, on time, professional, and the installers were exellent, did a perfect job, cleaned up after job was compleated, you would never know they were there. highly recomend tis company. keep up the great work guys!!!!!!!!!!

We had gutters installed last July. Because of the slope of our roof we then redid the gutters in September with guards. However when we had all this rain this time it wasn't enough. We phoned the office and were put on the back burner for a few days and then finally the owner came and repaired and fixed our problem. Thank you so much Val. We realize you guys are very busy and we really do appreciate it.

The work was fine and completed quickly. Working with them was the easiest part of the job.

lCoast to Coast was outstanding. When I called for an appointment for a quote, they gave me a date right then and there. The other companies I called told me they would have to call me back to schedule. When Coast to Coast came to the house they gave me a quote plus a color card so I could match to my house. Since I live in a Townhouse and have a very active assoication this was most helpful and I recived approval within 24 hours. Coast to Coast called me the day before Thanksgiving to ask if I wanted to schedule the install. They told me the day after Thanksgiving was good for them. I was amazed. They came and did the install when promised and was in out quickly. I love the gutter, they match the house perfectly - I am so happy!! He was wonderful at how he explained why my gutters were leaking.

Estimate was provided one day and installation was scheduled for the following day. Installer (Andre) was very professional and friendly. He made sure that he understood what was needed before beginning and went with me to inspect after installation was complete (in less than 20 mins.). He arrived as scheduled and even called to tell me that he was on the way. He made sure that I had a signed receipt. Very pleased with this company and will recommend to others.

I spoke to their rep by phone and gave him the measurements of the area where I wanted the gutters installed. Within a short time, I had an estimate emailed to me. He must have used satellite photos of my house or something because he very quickly had a diagram of my house on an estimate sheet with a very accurate drawing of the area where the gutters and downspouts would go. He made good suggestions and listened to my wishes for colors and downspout locations. It was the only company that attached a copy of its license and insurance to the estimate. The workers arrived promptly and worked quickly, like they knew exactly what they were doing. The gutters match my roof color and the downspouts are almost the same color as the yellow on my exterior walls. Nice job.

The estimater came at the time he told me(Tuesday 08-09-2011) He gave me a good price,so I gave them the job. They called me at 8:05 A.M. on Friday & asked if they could come in 1/2 hour to do the job. I was a little surprised that they called so quickly, without prior notifying me,but I am retired,so it was fine. They did the job in1 1/2 hours & they did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything,& you would never know they had been there. I would HIGHLY recommend them. My gutters look great,& I am very happy. You don't find services in South Florida that do a great job, come on time,give a great price & clean up when they are through,But these guy's did.

THE SERVICE MEN THAT WERE SENT OUT WERE VERY RESPECTFUL. THEY FINISHED MOST OF THE WORK THE FIRST DAY BUT STILL HAD SOME THINGS TO COMPLETE THE NEXT DAY. THE QUALITY WAS NOT GREAT, BUT I CAN'T COMPLAIN.
