Cliff's Showroom is very nice, they have a big selection and as already said they had a great Sales Presentation.

This was my third quote.Two previous companies gave very different (thru research found out not necessary) recommendations for pool waterfall flow problem. I was referred to Cliff's Pools from the manufacturer of my pool equipment. Wayne came out right away and spent time explaining and testing my system. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Would use again.

They were outstanding. Every was done as promised. Everything was done on time. We were very satisfied. It was terrific.

very animated (cliff) awesome selection of tiles for standard price (all others only offered "blue") many options given, low pressure and the result was great. we opted for sandblasting and the outsourced sandblast crew left some sand mess a bit, but the leaf blower got it. every employee that came gave us a card with their phone # on it. nice touch, made me feel like i always had someone to call. the pool is perfect, i mean, perfect. great job. don't fool with the fly by night low price guys. pay the 100 bucks or so more and get these guys. had the pool full of water and chemicals correct within one week, amazing. they show up with a big crew, no little operation, worth it.

He was one of 3 or 4 quotes that we got to redo the pool. He was very nice and very professional. The company that we decided to go with threw in a couple of extra freebies and offered to do some extra stuff so we didn’t use him.

Cliff's showed up on time and stayed on the job thru finish (3-4 days). They exceded my expectations and did an outstanding job rebuilding the tiles. I spent over year getting estimates from different companies and in the end I glad to have used Cliff's. I strongly reccommend them.

He was very informative and thorough. I haven't hired any company yet.

They came out on time and did what they said they would. They cleaned up very thoroughly too. They are also going to start work on the pool deck soon. They are excellent. I have no complaints about them. I would recommend them to others.

Cliff came out and gave the estimate. We had a least three estimates and he was very forthright and knowledgeable. His estimate was not the lowest we received, but he was the most honest in his presentation. The pool was completed in just the way he said it would be. Any miscommunication was taken care of immediately.

It was a wonderful experience! When we called to ask for an estimate, Cliff showed up to give us an incredibly detailed estimate and to answer questions. When we contracted the job a week later, we were given approximate start dates and estimates on the length of time the jobs would take. This company is phenomenal!! There were a number of different crews here, at various phases of each job. Without fail, each crew was curteous, hardworking,neat, and patient with all of our questions. Each crew supervisor, introduced themselves and left a business card. The office staff was always quick to answer questions, or to forward messages to the correct person efficiently. The experience was totally painless.The finished product is gorgeous! We would highly recommend anyone use Cliff's Pools for their pool remodeling.

Excellent. They showed up when they said the would, they had an inspection after every step of the process., i.e., sandblasting, tiling, acid washing etc. The owner was very knowledgable and informative.

It went well overall. The coping was done extremely well. The diamond brite service came out great. There was a miscommunication with the deck, but that was resolved by the owner. If the owner had come out to the site, there would have been no issues.

The company workers arrived when expected, did their work cleanly and efficiently and left on time. No mess was ever left. There was complete communication about the process and the proper follow up needed while the new Diamond Brite lining cures.

Very satisfied with the finished job, had some problems getting there though. See job chronology below. Job chronology: 03/14/2008, Thursday, signed contract. 04/17/2008, Thursday, office informs that job would start within 48 hours. 04/21/2008, Monday, job started by emptying pool. Job supervisor (Tom) called office and was told sand blasting would start 4/23. 04/23/200, Wednesday, No one on job. 04/24/2008, Thursday, called office and was informed man for sand blasting would arrive by 11:00 am. Contractor (Alex) showed up at 7:00 pm and requested to park 2 trucks in driveway overnight so he could start first thing the following morning. 04/25/2008, Friday, 9:45 am worker showed up and cut around stone and return plugs. Worker finished at 9:45 am and waited for Alex to show up at 2:15 pm. Sandblasting started at 3:00 pm and finished at 4:30 pm. Debris cleaned from bottom of pool. Alex was under the impression that someone would be there Saturday to acid wash tiles and repair grout. 04/26/2008, Saturday, weather fine but no one showed. 04/28/2008, Monday, weather fine but no one showed. 04/29/2008, Tuesday, 10:30 am showed up, replaced grout, acid wash and applied bonding coat. Finished by 3:00 pm. Tom called to notify he would be inspecting the job at 8:30 am following day. 04/30/2008, Wednesday, Tom inspected work, other workers showed up at 8:45 am and finished applying surface coat by 3:00 pm. 05/01/2008, Pool filled and chemicals applied under supervision of Tom. Job complete.

When we contracted for this job, we were told by Cliff that no permits were required as it was just remodeling. When most of the work was completed we discovered that permits were required by Coral Springs for all work. A notice of commencement was never filed. The city has since place a stop work order on the job until proper permitting is done. Unfortunately, Cliff is not allowed with his license to do any pool construction, (the $4000 water feature), so Cliff cannot get the required permits to finish the job. The deck work was so messy that the brick coping is now damaged because it was not masked properly. The Pebble Tec seems okay, but a sub contractor did that job. The heater was not permitted and Cliff does not recommend any electricians to do the hook up, so we are on our own. It seems that although Cliff's master business has been around for over 20 years, he has only been in the pool business a very short time. Cliff's Pools and Patios has since refunded my money and everything has been settled.

Everything Cliff told me was correct. The guy came out when scheduled to drain the pool. The next day he worked on preparing the empty pool's surface. The next day a crew came in to do the resurfacing. The supervisor came out after each phase to very the work was done in accordance to the requirements. The pool was filled in the time frame Cliff described. It looks beautiful! I waited for years to have this done because I was afraid of all the mess and problems it might cause - and it was painless.

We can't say enough good things about Cliff and his company. Initially, Cliff came out and did an estimate for us. He took a great deal of time explaining the process of refinishing our damaged pool. We checked his references (he has an extensive list). After hiring him, his office manager, D'Alma, maintained contact throughout the entire process, letting us know when to expect the workers and what they would be working on that day. She also returned all phone calls promptly. The workers were very prepared in terms of having all of the materials and equipment they needed to do the job. They were always very courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves on a daily basis. We really appreciated the fact that Cliff showed up at our home after EVERY phase of the job to inspect the work. He was very patient with our many questions. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our experience with Cliff's Pools and Patios.
