Description of Work: Repaired roof leak.Called next day checked it out and gave reasonable estimate. showed for repair day and time scheduled. Very professional and timely. provided all documentation including business insurance and workers comp insurance proof.

Description of Work: They repaired a roof leak, replaced rotted fascia and tried to repair a gutter. Unfortunately, my gutter is attached to my hurricane shutter so this part of the repair work was tricky. The gutter work was ok, but I think that the gutter is not draining properly.

Description of Work: They sent a team of two men. One man went into the attic and the other man went onto the roof. The man on the roof hosed the roof with water and the man in the attic located the leaks. |At the end of two days, there still remained one leak. |A single person, who stated that he was a "certified shingle installer and repairman", arrived to locate and fix the leak on his own. |When I asked if he was going to have a man inside the attic, he stated that "I don't need a man in the attic to locate your leak(s)" |Before he left,he demanded payment in full for the repairs. |I went onto the roof and flooded the roof with water from a hose to determine if he had ,in fact, located and repaired the final leak. |While I was on the roof with the water hose,he stated that 48 hours were required between installation and shingle "seal". |I replied that IF HE HAD REALLY LOCATED THE LEAKS IN THE UNDER LAYMENT then it did not matter how long it takes for the shingle edges to seal. |This company has very "BRUSQUE" representatives who do not communicate very well before beginning work and charge premium prices for the work. |In the end, all leaks were fixed.

Description of Work: We hired this company to reroof our flat roof because we had a leak. Apparently they had not paid their vendor bills and when final payment was due I had a lien placed on my home. We had to make out 2 final checks. One to the vendor they owned money too and one to them. This to say the least was quite upsetting. With all the rain we have been having lately we noticed we had a leak on the ceiling. We have a 3 year warranty which is over July 2012. We called and someone was sent over immediately. They ripped up some of the roof tile. This was a Friday at around 4:30 pm. They could not find the leak and said they would be back Monday morning. By 1:30 pm Monday when no one had come my husband and I went out to do some errands. We arrived home about three hours later to find the shingles had been replaced. We called and my husband spoke with John Chase who was extremely rude. The outcome was Mr. Chase told us he was not going to rip up our whole roof to find the leak because if he could not find it who was going to pay for the roof to be reroofed. He said his men had come out and could find nothing. They even said when they came back on Monday they would have to continue looking. Instead when they did come back all they did was replace the shingles they had torn up. We still have a leak and Mr. Chase told us to take it up with our homeowners insurance because he was not doing anything. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs for the State of Florida. Needless to say this is extremely upsetting as we now have to find someone else to come over and find the leak. I do not have the funds to hire a lawyer and sue them!
