He was excellent. He was always on time, reasonable and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. I sent his name in to the homeowner's association as a recommendation.

We had the new roof done first. John Chase came to the house, gave us multiple free estimates (based on materials used) and left us with samples of roofing tiles. The roof was done in a timely manner, however they started work about a week later than expected. Chase did take care of all permits and even recommened an air conditoning company for further work we needed. Next we had the garage doors replaced, that was done on time and we we're given a price discount because of previous work done. The last thing we had done was purchasing and installing new hurricaine windows throughout the house. Again John came out to the house and went over all our options for window types and materials. He then ordered the windows and they were installed in the time frame he stated. I am extemely happy with the services Chase Roofing has provided us. He does mostly use subcontractors, but he is accountable for the final outcome, and his company is licensed and insured. They also took care of all permits and inspections, which made the expierence hassle free for us. I love my new windows, it is the best home improvement we've done. There is so much more light in our house, it helps me enjoy every room more.

It went very well. They were on time, on schedule, and on budget.

The hardest job they did for us was the pressure cleaning of the roof. Our unusual roof is made from Japanese ceramic tiles like a Benihana and is very slippery when wet. One company came out and began the job but quit! This company came back with another estimate twice their original price saying they would need special equipment to do the job. When Chase Roofing came out, I explained the difficulty and danger of our slippery roof but they were game to do it and gave us a realistic price. I signed the contract. After a week delay, I thought maybe they were having second thoughts because our communication broke down from their office, but that wasn't the case. One man was indeed in the hospital with food poisoning. Once they started, they completed in 2 days without mishap. They even trimmed many overhanging tree branches and dragged them to the curb for pickup. We were very pleased with their work and will call Tim Callahan and his crew back again.

Everything about them including the professionalism was excellent. I highly recommend them. I had a horrible experience with somebody else before them, whom I never want to see again. These guys are excellent. They are extremely professional, very punctual, and very responsible. They were very understanding and timely, they gave us a time of day. I like the fact that it's a large company, but it feels like a family type of environment where they genuinely take care of the clients and they don't sub contract. They use their own employees and are very responsible with what they are doing.

They were professional and provided great work. Only complaint was that the billing part got messed up. Amount was correct, but bill was not sent to the right address until we got an over-due statement. Issue was easily fixed.

The price they quoted me was about $27,000. My interaction with them was very good, but I picked someone else because their estimate was much lower. They were very good.

We made a call to them and they came out in the evening afterwork for us to look at the leak. The owner of the company came out right on time. I showed him the leak in the bedroom and offered to climb up on the roof to show him where I thought the leak was coming from, he declined my offer. He did however climbed into the attic with me so that I could show him directly where the leaks were coming from ( a warped board). I was impressed with the fact that he crawled into a hot attic to locate the leak. He gave us a quote and told us that he might have to order some tiles in case he breaks any and he could come that Thursday or Friday to fix it. He didn't come out that week, but called us on the following Monday that he would be there at 130PM. He did not have to come into the house, which we had a dog and the alarm system. Within three hours he replaced the board, sealed the roof and reinstalled our tiles without any damage except for chipping one tile. It was simply a beautiful job and I would use them again.

We got an estimate from Chase for an accordian shutter for our front doors two years ago. We put the project on hold and went back to them in June, 2010 to initiate the work. We were very pleased with the people we worked with in the office, as well as those who obtained the permit, installed the shutter, and facilitated the permit inspection. We were impressed with their honesty and integrity.

They are a great company, I highly recommend them. Ask for Mr. Chase, he is not only the owner but a general contracter with numerous certifications & license's Very honest people

They were very nice and I'm considering using them. I received a Christmas from them. They were punctual and thorough.

They have been hired to do the work; we have already signed a contract with them. We were referred to them by somebody, who had already used them. We found their estimate to be very fair. It is a large project. They have been extremely professional. They have done everything that they said they were going to do. They have done it in a very timely fashion. They have been extremely pleasant about it. Although, our job is not done yet, we have very high confidence that there will be no issues.

They did a good job and I was very pleased with their service.

Excellent company, easy to work with and quality job done at a very good price. In fact we used them for another roofing job about a month ago.

I placed the order a month ago, the windows came in quickly and they were put in today. Their workers are polite and efficient, no noise, no mess. I feel totally comfortable with them at my house. They did an awesome job.

They are professional, courteous and honest. All work done was above average. Everything was just as they said it would be and I couldn't be happier .. they got everything done before hurricane season last year and I felt much safer. I am in the process of having more windows replaced soon. I would never use anyone else !
