+ -1 moreAfter discussing the project, Mr Chaiban followed up with a proposal within an hour and even sent me drawings of similar projects his firm had completed before. Ultimately we did not proceed with the project due to time pressures but I would engage this firm again.
Description of Work: I contacted My Chaiban for a proposal on a small dock project with a very tight timeline.

Description of Work: I was looking for a structural engineer for my mother. She was looking for someone to provide a written report on the integrity of her balcony. Chaiban Engineering not only provided me with a very detailed telephone explanation of their services, potential price of their services, they also send me a comprehensive email filled with important information and their website is also outstanding in terms of information and what to expect during the process of their work.

Description of Work: I am building a downstairs storage enclosure in my vacation home. It is a stilt house in the Florida keys. The county required an engineering seal on my drawings. I contacted several engineering firms. Most were not interested in such a small job, several were very unprofessional. I decided to contract with Joseph Chaiban. He was professional, prompt, and at a fair price. He took the job seriously and was focused on detail. I am very happy with his product.
