Description of Work: For home insurance purposes, had to have a wrought iron railing on an interior loft re-welded after it had to be cut to install a new AC unit. I contacted several companies who either were unable to do the work or the price quoted was prohibitive. I contacted CGM and Clyde responded immediately and made the appointment. Clyde arrived at the appointed time and got to work immediately. I was lucky to find CGM through Angie's because Clyde has the only company in the area with mobile welding equipment to allow him to climb the ladder to the loft and reconnect the railing. I was able to take photos of Clyde while he was working and the re-welded railing to send to the insurance company. Clyde cleaned up everything and was a consummate professional throughout the project. Job done, good price, will use Clyde again if ever needed.

 + -1 moreTwo steel posts which support a patio roof showed signs of rust, so, based on Angie's List, I called CGM Mobile Welding and Fabrication. Owner, Mr. Clyde Williams, replied promptly, set up an appointment and arrived promptly for an estimate, proposed a reasonable price, and arrived on schedule to perform the work. Mr. Williams cut out the rusted sections of the posts and welded in new sections. He also primed and painted the new sections to exactly match the existing posts. The quality of his work was EXCELLENT. Rusting of metal support posts is a common problem here in South Florida, especially near a pool. I would recommend CGM Mobile Welding and Fabrication to anyone. Quality work. Reasonable Price. Prompt service. What more can one ask for.
Description of Work: Repaired two 3in.by 3in. steel patio roof support posts.

 + -1 moreWork was done very efficiently and carefully. Once we have the house repainted in the near future, the work will not be noticeable at all. We are very happy with the quality of the job.
Description of Work: Three posts on our backyard patio needed work. Two of them were rusted and the third was rusted so bad that a hole had formed. The first two posts were repaired and fitted with a decorative collar to cover the plates installed at the base of the poles. The third one required much more extensive work, removal of one part of screen enclosure and detaching of enclosure frame so it could be moved away from the post.
