+ -1 morePromised to reimburse us for a home inspection that was booked for 1:0pm on 2/3/16. At 11:15am the real estate agent namely David Pickering called us to say the home we signed a sales contract for on 2/2/16 was not available. He agreed to reimburse us for inspection fee. After placing countless calls which went to voice mail and sending numerous emails we received a check for $300 and not the $590 which we paid. We were apparently misled and never hard from agent again. Really professional. Would never recommend.
Description of Work: Sold us a home on 2/2/16 and then on 2/3/16 informed us the home as not available. We lost $290 because we had scheduled an inspection on 2/3 and paid a non refundable fee of $590. The agent promised to reimburse us but after numerous emails and leaving countless voice mails we received a check for $300. Never heard from agent again. Really professional.
