CARPET ALLEY

Description of Work: I arranged for a carpet cleaning date; Kevin called and said the machine was broken and would have to reschedule. I rescheduled for about 2 weeks later. On the morning of the appt., noone showed up at the time given. I called and he said he forgot to write it in his calendar and the machine was still broken. There was no call to inform me of this. I said I would find someone else and he said he could understand why I was mad since all our furniture had been moved off the carpet the night before. I hung up and 5 minutes later he called and said he just happened to be in the shop and the machine would work tomorrow...he never mentioned this on the first call. I said I would look elsewhere. This company did work for me last year and it turned out fine. This year I got the strong impression that the man was very sloppy in record keeping and had extremely poor customer service by not calling and letting me know that he would not be at my house after I spent the morning moving all the furniture. I would not call him again. I felt like the person probably did not have much work incentive and cared very little about my business.

Description of Work: INSTALLED BERBER CARPETING IN BEDROOM.

Description of Work: CARPET ALLEY CAME OUT AND DRAINED MY CARPET FROM WHEN IT WAS FLOODED FROM THE HURRICANE AND THEN THEY CAME AND CLEANED MY CARPET FROM ALL THE DAMAGE THAT IT HAD.
