 + -1 moreI called them and they came out and gave me an estimate right on the spot. They came back to repair some leaks in our roof and it turned out to be a really bad job for the roofers. There was dry rotting and they went in an cleaned up all the bad wood and roof areas. They hauled all the debris away also. The did a wonderful job. He is such an honest and kind man. His son works with him and they both provided top notch service. Highly recommend these gentleman to anyone.

 + -1 moreGreat experience knowing the job was done right the first time.
Description of Work: Replaced approx. 90 feet of roof fascia. Tom Caffacus is meticulous in his work. No short cuts. Very responsive in explaining what needs to be done and how it will be done. Totally trustworthy. Not necessarily the least expensive, but very fair. I have no problem paying more for quality work. Choose someone based on price, you better beware. It may be less up front, but you will pay more in the end for any substandard work.

 + -1 moreThey looked in the attic to find the leak. We had a couple of companies look at the roof and they were the only ones who went in to the attic, so we really appreciated that. They couldn't find the leak at first, so they told us to call them once it started raining again. The next time it rained, we called them and they came right out and found the leak. They are very competitive right now in terns of price, especially considering the fact that roofing costs have skyrocketed in this area. The trouble with roofers is you have to trust them. We have been mislead by some other companies, but we feel like we can trust this company.
Description of Work: They patched several places on my roof that were leaking.
