+ -1 moreThe actual at my location service was good. There issue is they don't call you back until weeks later if at all. If you want prompt service go elsewhere.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate because a swarm of bees had gotten behind the stucco on the side of my house. I could hear them inside. Busy Bee came and said they would need to cut a hole in the side, spray with gas to kill the bees, and then seal up the hole for $250. That seemed high so I got another estimate from a different vendor. I learned you can't just gas them and seal it up. There are honeycomb in there and eggs that are laid with wax over the top. The gas does not kill them. If you don't get the honeycombs with the eggs out, they will hatch and then you have a worse problem. After learning this, I contacted Willie the Bee Man and they came and took out he honeycombs (eggs and all) after spraying. They charged the same amount but I know that the job was done right. I have no more bees.

+ -1 moreThey were referred by a friend and I didn't have enough time to do a research on them but they did a good job. I will use them in future.
Description of Work: I used Busy Bee Pest Control three month ago for regular pest control. I use them every six months so that the pest doesn't come back.

+ -1 moreTheir service turned out well. They charged around $100 for the job. I felt the price was a little high, but they got rid of the bees. I thought they were going to remove the bees. However, they poisoned them and sealed the hole. If they hadn?t done this, they would have charged me more. I didn?t have any problems after that. They came out immediately. I will probably use them again in the future, if required.
Description of Work: I used Busy Bee Pest Control, three months ago.

+ -1 moreI have been pleased with the service. I just wish those terrible ants would go away! They have really been trying to stay on top of the situation. I don't know how bad it could be if I hadn't given them a call. I would gladly refer them to other people who have a nasty bug problem.
Description of Work: They take care of our pest control. We have been having a difficult time with ants and they have been coming out every other month for treatment.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE PRICE WAS GOOD CONSIDERING HOW MANY WINDOWS WE HAD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
