Description of Work: Built By Owner was a great experience. The are professional, friendly, punctual and above all, honest. |Accounts were meticulous. When some time had passed after the work was done, we had occasion to revisit some areas with other professionals over other matters and they all commented how well everything had been done. Couldn't recommend more....

 + -1 moreI contacted Built By Owner to get an estimate on the work to be completed. They provided a real-time estimate based on the information I provided. Once the project was agreed upon, the team started the demolition. Once that part was completed, the tile guy started installation of my travertine floors and finished with the shower tile. After tile work was completed, walls were texturized and primed. The plumber then installed my shower + bath fixtures and new toilet. Finally, the vanities were mounted, lights, medicine cabinets, mirrors and wall fixtures were installed. Clean-up always between stages of remodel to keep the room tidy. I couldn't be happier with the end-result and the attention to detail Built By Owner and his team of professionals showed me. I would highly recommend them to anyone that need new or remodel work done. They are a class act and you will not go wrong choosing them for your next project!
Description of Work: I finally was getting my master bathroom remodeled and needed a professional. My bathroom was pretty much completely redone, with the exception of the tub being replaced. The remodel included: removing a closet and making a solid wall. Removing the interior door between vanity and shower area to create a more open environment. All walls were sprayed with knockdown texture and primed for painting. Shower was expanded to include a bench and cut out to place your personal items, all new tile with border, install of a new three-way shower head and new glass sliding doors. New vanities were wall mounted with complimentary mirrors and medicine cabinets. Lighting was replaced above both vanities and in the shower area, adding a new light over the shower itself. Installation of travertine tile on the floor and as wall molding, also brought it up the side of the old tub to make it flow and looks great!. A new toilet was installed, all fixtures mounted and all details handled. When it was done, you couldn't imagine my excitement. It was my first ever "spa" bathroom that I created in my head and Built By Owner made come to life!

 + -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTIVE AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO EVERY PROBLEM. THEY WERE CAREFUL TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WHY. THEY WERE CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT CLEANING UP. THEY WENT BEYOND WHAT WAS EXPECTED.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE STRUCTURAL SUPPORT PILINGS UNDER OUR HOUSE.
