The technician sent ruined my door because he did not know how to install my new keypad lock. Instead of accepting his lack of training he made an extra hole on the door and covered it with the old lock. Three holes now. The lock as any other is held by two screws....he put only one. Unfortunately I was in the middle of moving and too many people were around so my friend not knowing what was needed paid $ 275.00 to change a lock and destroy a door to a guy who left without cleaning up and NO RECEIPT. I called them back asking for a manger and he told me...do not get smart because I asked him to send somebody to fix the mess. Sent him photos and never called back. All he needed to do as a manager was to send another tech at least to see what happened. Don't use this company that also works under another name and phone number. I wish I could upload pictures for all to see what they have done to my door.

The woman I spoke with from the start stated there's a service fee of $15, and once the tech is onsite it can range from $35 up depending on the lock. I made the call for a tech at 7:06 pm and the technician arrived at 8:02 pm. When he arrived he reeked of marijuana. He tells me the starting price is $70, but if he need to drill my lock it would cost me $100. I told him I needed to call back the office as the estimate was way off; it's simple lock from home depot. I understand it was an estimate, but that was ridiculous. As I am standing there on the phone with the operator on hold for 10 minutes and after he called back to base, he popped the door open from picking the lock. He then proceeds to close the door as if it did not happen when I brought it to his attention. My door squeaks when it is opens because the hinges need to be oiled, but also so that I can hear my son when he is in and out. Picking the lock should not have cost me $79. I recommend that you do not do business with these people as they are out to scam you over. When the guy came back to the phone he tells me there is nothing he can do because it is a great deal. What do I want him to do about it? Poor customer service at its finest on top of techs coming into the homes of people smelling like drugs and trying to scam them out of their money. He then proceeded to ask me for my card information that he copied on a receipt sheet with no letterhead of this company, he took my name, my cvv code, and my billing zip. I do not trust the guy or the company that sent him. I will definitely watch my card transactions over the next few weeks. I don't mind paying a service, but I do not appreciate when a company or person tries to take advantage of a person; nothing good will ever come out of you cheating yourself through life.
